o Overall arrangement for Mobilization of new project site and planning for

next upcoming activities.

o Preparation and submission of Construction Schedule showing milestones for

each of the major activities.

o Detail dealing with the Subcontractors, Labor contractor, Suppliers,applicators and fabricators, beside this, preparation of contract on freezeprices/matters is also covers in my charter of duties.
