Based on the historic wind data, the annual energy yield of the plant is 145 GWh or 145 million units, good enough for fulfilling annual electricity needs of 30 thousand average homes. All this electricity is produced from 100% Green and Renewable Resource i.e. Wind. It not only provides cleaner and sustainable energy to Pakistan National Grid but also helps equivalent reduction in Oil Import Bill and aversion in depletion of Oil & Gas resources. My responsibilities are In charge of wind turbine and tower installation. Gate-1 inspection of wind turbine towers at site as per Nordex specification. Fabrication, installation & commissioning of fire protection system (Deluge system) for power transformer. Installation of conduits for Wapda & owner tariff metering panels, GSU/RMU steel structure and fresh water/ sewage water pumps and associated piping. Material management for all the mechanical activities at site. Communicating with client and vendors at site on behalf of project management team. Monitoring the progress of the project and providing control measures to face the challenges during construction phase. Integrating engineering and procurement with construction. Tracking plan of the project with actual progress and raising alarms to project management about any irregularities.

Wind Tower Manufacturing for 3x50 MW "METRO, YEL & GUL AHMAD" Wind Power Projects
Manufacturing and transportation of towers for wind power projects from Karachi Manufacturing Works (KMW) to
project site in Jhampir, Sindh. My responsibilities are
Planning and expediting the manufacturing and dispatch of wind turbine towers.

NESTLE July-August 2012 (Six weeks)

A six week internship at NESTLE Kabirwala factory during which I observed annual shut down of the plant and
reported to plant engineer. At the end of the shutdown I prepared a report of all the activities undertaken during the
shutdown.
