CUADRO DE MANDO PARA PUERTA

CORREDERA

Cuadro de maniobra para puerta corredera para motor de 110V a 220 V (con

o sin encoder). Alimentación del cuadro de 110 a 220 V AC, receptor de radio

RX Multi incorporado, receptor auxiliar de wifi, regulación de fuerza y paro

suave al final de las maniobras de apertura y cierre.

FUNCIONAMIENTO

• Las maniobras del automatismo se ejecutan con el botón START (1-2), un

dispositivo o mediante un mando programado.

• La maniobra finaliza por la activación del final de carrera

correspondiente o por la finalización del tiempo de funcionamiento.

• Si durante la maniobra de apertura se da una orden, la maniobra

finaliza y no se ejecuta el cierre automático.

• La activación del paro (6-7) provoca la inmediata detención de la

maniobra, siendo necesaria una orden para reanudar la maniobra.

• La activación del contacto de seguridad (5-6) en la maniobra de cierre

supone su inversión, provocando la apertura.


• El contacto para luz de garaje se activa durante 3 minutos después de

iniciar la maniobra.

• La regulación de fuerza del motor se aplica a los 2 segundos de haber

iniciado la maniobra.

• El paro suave ajusta la velocidad del motor durante el periodo de

amortiguación cuando el DIP I7 está ON.

PUESTA EN MARCHA

• LA PUERTA SE VUELVE LOCA, (ABRE, PARA, CIERRA…).

-Ajustar potenciómetro 1 y 3 al máximo.

• EL MOTOR NO ANDA

1-¿tiene tensión? -Si -No. Mirar fusible

2-¿ha realizado alguna programación?

-Si

-No. Hacer programación.

3-Poner la puerta en mitad del recorrido y comprobar que tenemos 4 luces

-Si

-No. Comprobar sistemas de seguridad

4-comprobar los finales de carrera con la puerta en el centro.

• LA PUERTA SE ABRE UN TROZO

-Grabar botón en canal 1, el canal 2 es para la apertura peatonal

• NO SE CONECTA AL WIFI

1- ¿Tiene el receptor conectado? -SI -NO. conectarlo 2- ¿Su red wifi es 2,4Ghz? -Si -No. debe ser 2,4Ghz 3- ¿comparte contraseña con red wifi 5G? -Si. Debe cambiar la contraseña de alguna de las dos. -No. 4- ¿Tiene buena señal en el lugar? -Si -No 5-¿Pulsa el botón wifi hasta que parpadea? -Si -No. Debe pulsar hasta que parpadee.

ATENCIÓN: -Alimentación de accesorios: conectar para alimentar con corriente continua de 12v a

fotocélula, receptor, etc..

-Botones terminales: conectar la señal de dispositivos adicionales como receptor o

pulsador

-Dispositivos de seguridad: conectar la señal de retorno del dispositivo a la placa.

• Opción 1 (conectar entre 4 y 6): la puerta para y cierra.

REGULACIONES

REGULACIÓN DE LA POTENCIA DEL MOTOR (ROJO)

Regula la potencia del motor. Gire a la IZQUIERDA para disminuirla y a la

DERECHA para aumentarla.


REGULACION DEL PARO SUAVE (DIP 7 ENCENDIDO) (AZUL)

Ajuste suave de la parada. Gire a la IZQUIERDA para disminuirla y a la

DERECHA para aumentarla.

FUERZA DE AMPERESTOP (BLANCO)

Regulación de la fuerza. Gire a la izquierda para disminuir y a la derecha para

aumentar.

SELECTORES

TIPO DE MOTOR (REVERSE – C S)

Selector hacia la izquierda – Motores de más de 600 kg.

Selector hacia la derecha – Motores de menos de 600 kg.

OPCIONES

1 CIERRE POR FOTOCELULA.

ON: Comienza la maniobra de cierre una vez se corte la fotocélula y pase 5 segundos. Es

necesario tener activado el DIP2 (cierre automático)

OFF: Funcionamiento normal.

2 CIERRE AUTOMÁTICO

ON: Cierre automático activado. Una vez abierta, transcurrido el tiempo

programado, se cierra. Además si esta DIP1 activado. la maniobra de cierre

comienza una ves transcurrido el tiempo o pasados 5 segundos desde que se corta

la fotocélula.

OFF Cierre automático desactivado.

3 COUNIDAD


ON Inhibición durante la apertura. Durante el cierre la activación del START o del emisor invierte la maniobra. ADEMÁS SI: Opción 1: DIP2 ON: Inhibición durante la apertura y mientras la puerta permanezca abierta, del pulsador START(1-2) y del emisor. Durante el cierre la activación del START o del emisor invierte la maniobra. LA PUERTA CIEERA TRANSCURRIDO EL TIEMPO DE CIERRE AUTOMATICO. Opción 2: DIP2 UP + DIP1 UP: Inhibición durante la apertura y mientras la puerta permanezca abierta, del pulsador START(1-2) y del emisor. Durante el cierre la activación del START o del emisor invierte la maniobra. LA PUERTA CIERRA TRANSCURRIDO EL TIEMPO DE CIERRE AUTOMATICO Y UNA VEZ PASADOS 5 SEGUNDOS DESPUES DE CORTAR LA FOTOCELULA.

4 CAMBIO SENTIDO DEL MOTOR

ON: Sentido del motor invertido.

OFF: Sentido del motor normal.

5 PARO CON BANDA NEUMÁTICA A TRAVES DE VIA RADIO

6 LUZ DESTELLO

ON: Destello.

OFF: Fija.

7 PARO SUAVE


ON: Paro suave activado. Al final de las maniobras de apertura y cierre se realiza el paro suave.

OFF: Paro suave desactivado.

PROGRAMACIÓN MANDO

**EL BOTÓN ROJO ESTÁ UBICADO EN LA TARJETA RECEPTORA (INSTALADA PERPENDICULAR A

LA PLACA), AL IGUAL QUE EL LED.

NOTA: TODOS LOS MANDOS GRABADOS EN EL CANAL 2, O CONECTADOS ENTRE “COM Y

PED” ACTIVARAN LA MANIOBRA “PEATONAL”, LA PUERTA SOLO ABRE Y CIERRA 1 METRO

APROXIMADAMENTE.


PROGRAMACIÓN DEL TIEMPO DE MANIOBRA

RESET MEMORIA

PROGRAMACION DE UN DISPOSITIVO

1- Descargue la APP “DASPI” desde:


2- Crear nueva cuenta

3- Añadir dispositivo

4-Seleccionar tipo de dispositivo a añadir, en este caso “puerta corredera”


5-Primero comprobar que el dispositivo esta conectado a la corriente

eléctrica, a continuación, pulsar “la luz de confirmación en el flash”

6- Conectar el móvil al wifi con el que vaya a trabajar el receptor.

7- Introducir en la APP la red wifi y la contraseña para confirmarle al

receptor dónde queremos que se conecte. Pulsar confirmar.


8- Mantener pulsado en el motor el botón “PROG” durante unos

segundos hasta que el led rojo parpadee.

9- El receptor se agregó correctamente. Pulse “Finalizado”


10- Una vez agregado podremos controlar las maniobras desde el

dispositivo móvil.


CONTROL BOARD FOR SLIDING DOORS

Sliding door control board with110 to 220 V AC power supply for one motor at 110 to

220 V (with or without encoder), with RX Multi radio receiver integrated, force

regulation and soft stop operation for opening and closing maneuver.

HOW IT WORKS

• Maneuvers are executed through the START button (1—2) or by radio

(remote).

• Maneuvers end by activation of limit switches or by the finish of

operation time.

• If an order is given during opening operation, the maneuver stops and

automatic closure is deactivated.

• Stop activation button (6-7) causes the immediate stop of the

maneuver, being necessary a new order restart the maneuver.

• The activation of photocell input (5-6) during closing inverts the

maneuver causing opening.

• Garage light is activated for 3 minutes after starting the maneuver.

• Strength motor regulation is applied 2 seconds after the maneuver starts.

Soft Stop adjusts the pace of the motor during the stopping period when

I7 DIP is ON.

Soft stop adjustment. Turn to the LEFT to decrease it and to the RIGHT to

increase it.

AMPERESTOP FORCE (WHITE)

Regulation of force. Turn left to decrease and right to increase.

Left selector – More than 600kg motor.

Right selector – Less than 600kg motor.

OPTIONS

1 CLOSE BY PHOTOCELL

ON: : Start the closing maneuver once the photocell is cut and spend 5 seconds.

OFF: Door work normal.

2 AUTOMATIC CLOSE

ON: Automatic closure activated. Once opened, door closes automatically after waiting

the programmed time. Also if DIP1 is activated. The closing maneuver begins once the

time has elapsed or after 5 seconds have elapsed since the photocell is cut.

OFF Automatic closure deactivated.

3 COMUNITY

NOTE: ALL THE CONTROLS RECORDED IN CHANNEL 2 AND THE IMPULSE

CONNECTED BETWEEN "COM AND PED" , WILL ACTIVATE THE "PEDESTRIAN"

MANEUVER, THE DOOR ONLY OPENS AND CLOSES 1 METER

APPROXIMATELY.

DIGITAL TIME PROGRAMMING (SELF-LEARNING)

MEMORY RESET


PROGRAMING A DEVICE

1- Download the “DASPI” App on:

2- Create an account

3- Press on “Add Device”


3-Press on “ADD DEVICE”

4- Choose the kind of device to be added. In this case: “SLIDING GATE DASPI”


5- Check the device is connected to the power and them press on

“Confirm indicator rapidly blink”


6- Connect your phone to the WiFi network the control board will

work with.

7- Choose the WiFi network on the App and introduce the password

to let the receiver what network should use. Press “Confirm”.

8- Keep pressed the button “PROG

TIME” on the receiver for few seconds until

the red LED starts flashing.

9- The receiver has been correctly added. Press “Done”


10- Once the receiver has been added, we can control de device with

the smartphone.

Deleting the stored data in the memory card:

If button S1 or S2 is pressed for few seconds the corresponding LED will remain on. Keep the button pressed until it turns off, then the data

will be completely deleted (remotes and connected devices).

ATTENTION: The deleted data cannot be recovered.


CARTE ÉLECTRONIQUE POUR PORTE

COULISSANTE

Carte électronique pour porte coulissante pour moteur de 110 à 220 V AC

(avec ou sans encoder). Alimentation de la carte de 110 à 220 V AC,

récepteur RX-Multi intégré, réglage de la force et de l’arrêt en douceur de fin

d’ouverture et de fermeture.


FONCTIONNEMENT

• Les commandes de l’automatisme s’exécutent avec le bouton START (1-

2) ou avec une télécommande programmée.

• La manoeuvre se termine par l’activation de la fin de course

correspondante ou par la fin du temps de fonctionnement.

• Si pendant l’ouverture un ordre est donné, la manoeuvre s’achève et la

fermeture automatique ne s’exécute pas.

• L’activation de l’arrêt (6-7) provoque l’arrêt immédiat de la manoeuvre,

un ordre sera nécessaire pour reprendre la manoeuvre.

• L’activation du contact de sécurité (5-6) dans la commande de

fermeture suppose son inversion, provoquant alors l’ouverture.

• Le contact pour la lumière du garage s’active durant 3 minutes après le

début de commande.

• Le réglage de la force du moteur s’applique dans les 2 secondes suivant

le début de commande.

• L’arrêt en douceur ajuste la vitesse du moteur lors du temps

d’amortissement quand le DIP 17 est ON.

CONNECTION MOTOR ENCODER

ATTENTION:

RÉGLAGE DE LA PUISSANCE DU MOTEUR (ROUGE)

Régle la puissance du moteur. Tourner à GAUCHE pour la diminuer ou à DROITE

pour l’augmenter.

RÉGLAGE DE L’ARRÊT EN DOUCEUR (DIP 7 ON) (BLEU)

Ajuste la douceur d’arrêt. Tourner à GAUCHE pour la diminuer ou à DROITE pour

l’augmenter.

FORCE DE LA FERMETURE EN CAS DE CHOC (BLANC)

Réglage de la force. Tourner à GAUCHE pour la diminuer ou à DROITE pour

l’augmenter.


SÉLECTEURS

1 FERMETURE PAR PHOTOCELLULE

ON: La manoeuvre de fermeture commence après que la photocellule ait été coupée et que 5

secondes se sont ensuite écoulées. Il est nécessaire d’avoir activé le DIP 2 (Fermeture

automatique).

OFF: Fonctionnement normal.

2 FERMETURE AUTOMATIQUE

ON: Fermeture automatique activée. Une fois le temps programmé écoulé, la porte ouverte se

ferme. De plus, si le DIP1 est activé, la manoeuvre de fermeture commence 5 secondes

après que la photocellule se soit coupée.

OFF Fermeture automatique désactivée.

3 COMMUNAUTÉ

ON Blocage pendant l’ouverture. Pendant la fermeture, l’activation du bouton START ou de l’émetteur inverse la manoeuvre. DE PLUS, SI: Option 1: DIP2 ON: Blocage pendant l’ouverture, et tant que la porte reste ouverte, du bouton START (1-2) et de l’émetteur. Pendant la fermeture, l’activation du bouton START ou de l’émetteur inverse la manoeuvre. LA PORTE SE FERME AU TEMPS ÉCOULÉ DE LA FERMETURE AUTOMATIQUE. Option 2: DIP2 UP + DIP1 UP: Blocage pendant l’ouverture, et tant que la porte reste ouverte, du bouton START (1-2) et de l’émetteur. Pendant la fermeture, l’activation du bouton START ou de l’émetteur inverse la manoeuvre.LA PORTE SE FERME AU TEMPS ÉCOULÉ DE LA FERMETURE AUTOMATIQUE ET UNE FOIS LES 5 SECONDES ÉCOULÉES APRÈS COUPURE DE LA PHOTOCELLULE.

D’ENVIRON 1 MÈTRE. En ouvrant en mode “piétons”, l’option DIP1 et DIP2 ne fonctionne pas.
