Change does bring about improvement

Agensteel, società di rappresentanza per gli acciai speciali, come profili per montanti dei carrelli ele-vatori, suole e piatti smussati per macchine movi-mento terra, forte della conoscenza del mercato in questo settore, inizia nel 2007 la collaborazione di agenzia con l’azienda di Pechino China National Heavy Machinery Corporation (CHMC) per la forni-tura di contrappesi (zavorre) alle aziende italiane.

Consapevoli, in un mercato globale, delle reali possibilità che un fornitore cinese può offrire alle aziende italiane, il nostro lavoro è quello di ana-lizzare le richieste della clientela, effettuare la quotazione e l’acquisizione dell’ordine, informare circa l’avanzamento produttivo, la spedizione e la data di arrivo merce in Italia.

Il nostro compito è quindi essere un punto di rife-rimento efficace tra cliente e fornitore.

Costituita nel 1980, CHMC è un’azienda specializ-zata nell’export business, nella realizzazione di progetti e forniture nazionali ed estere; coordina e controlla la produzione, la qualità e lo sviluppo commerciale di fusioni in ghisa destinate a con-trappesi.CHMC, azienda certificata ISO 9001, nel 1998 è stata una tra le prime 500 aziende in Cina per fat-turato di import - export.CHMC si avvale oggi di professionisti con provata esperienza nella produzione di fusioni in ghisa e nel controllo della qualità dei prodotti commer-cializzati.

CHI SIAMO E COSA FACCIAMO

Agensteel has been trading since 1997, acting as a

representative dealing in special steel sections, na-

mely fork truck masts, track shoes and cutting edge

profiles.

As a result Agensteel has gained a great deal of ex-

perience in the industry. This has enabled us to quic-

kly identify a requirement for cast counterweights

used in construction machinery. After much rese-

arch, Agensteel is pleased to announce that the

company has entered into an agreement with the

Beijing China National Heavy Machinery Corporation

(CHMC) for the supply of counterweights to the Ita-

lian manufacturing industry.

While the business has gone from strength to strength

domestically, demand for many Agensteel products

also remains high in many other European countries

as well. Agensteel prides itself on the relationship

it develops with its customers, particularly focusing

on service by dealing with all aspects such as order

progression, production, shipping and delivery and,

of course, keeping customers informed at all times.

Founded in 1980, CHMC has developed into a very

strong player in the cast counterweight manufactu-

ring industry, supplying for both foreign and dome-

stic markets.

In 1998 CHMC was listed in the top 500 companies

in China.

CHMC (ISO 9001 company) continues to develop and

grow using an experienced, dedicated and professio-

nal workforce.

LA FONDERIA | THE FOUNDRY

La fonderia, localizzata nel distretto di Changping, a circa un’ora di strada dall’aeroporto internazio-nale di Pechino, occupa più di 400 dipendenti e copre una superficie totale di 4,7 ettari, dei quali 12.000 m2 coperti, e produce esclusivamente za-vorre.

Un recente investimento, terminato nel 2012, ha portato la capacità produttiva a 50.000 ton/anno grazie a 3 linee di lavorazione per zavorre con peso da 60 Kg. a 14.000 Kg.

The foundry is located in the Changping district,

which is only an hour’s drive from Beijing Interna-

tional Airport. It employs more than 400 members

of staff and the premises cover a total of 4.7 hecta-

res, of which 12,000 sq.m accommodates facilities

that produce only counterweights.

A recent investment, in 2012, brought the capacity to

50,000 tons per year with 3 lines for counterweight

manufacturing, increasing production from 60kg. to

14,000kg.

LA PRODUZIONE | THE PRODUCTION

La fonderia si avvale della tecnica “sottovuoto” e può gestire in modo autonomo la produzione delle zavorre su esclusivo disegno del cliente.Oltre ai forni fusori, lo stabilimento ha al proprio interno il reparto per la realizzazione, la manu-tenzione e la riparazione dei modelli in legno.Inoltre dispone di reparti di macchine utensili per le lavorazioni di fresatura e foratura e una sezione specializzata nella produzione di inserti in acciaio su specifico disegno del cliente.

The foundry use “vacuum” technology and can in-

dependently undertake counterweight production

from individual customer drawings.

In addition to the blast furnaces, the plant has its

own internal department for construction, mainte-

nance and repair, thus meaning that interruption of

production can be avoided.

Specific customer designs are provided by a highly

skilled department which specialises in machine

tooling for milling and drilling, and the production

of steel inserts, specific to our customer’s requi-

rements. After cooling, every casting is carefully

checked against pre-machined tooling to ensure the

profile of the finished casting is correct, and that

the holes and /or mountings are positioned cor-

rectly. Castings can be finished in anti-rust coating

or paint at the request of the customer.

All these procedures are carried out by a fully

trained and dedicated staff

IL CONTROLLO QUALITA’ | CONTROL AND QUALITY

Il controllo e la qualità sono affidati ai tecnici del-la CHMC.

Non solo viene analizzata la ghisa tramite il labo-ratorio interno, ma durante la realizzazione del-le campionature la fonderia si avvale degli ultimi strumenti tecnologici per il controllo del prodot-to, che viene confrontato con il disegno esecutivo attraverso il laser scan per garantire la conformità agli standard richiesti dal cliente.

La cura nel dettaglio è per noi fondamentale e ci contraddistingue.

Control and quality are entrusted to the CHMC

technical managers; with regular analysis of mate-

rials, being undertaken by internal laboratories.

Additionally during the manufacturing process, products are routinely selected at random, exa-mined and tested. Comparisons are then made with final design drawings using laser scanning technology, to ensure compliance with the stan-dards required by the customer.

Attention to detail is of paramount importance to CHMC; our aim is to ensure that we provide an excellent product.

LE SPEDIZIONI | THE SHIPMENTS

Le spedizioni, solitamente in container da 20’ box con il peso massimo caricabile di 22 ton, partono settimanalmente dal porto di Tianjinxingan, avva-lendosi di compagnie marittime internazionali.

La merce arriva ai principali porti italiani (Raven-na o Genova) solitamente dopo 45 giorni di calen-dario dalla partenza.

Shipments are usually made using 20 ft container

boxes, with a maximum weight of 22 tons when lo-

aded. Shipments depart weekly from the port of

Tianjinxingan using experienced international ship-

ping companies.

The goods arrive at two of the main Italian ports,

Ravenna and Genoa, with overall transportation du-

rations usually taking around 45 days from the date

of departure.

LA CLIENTELA

La produzione, oltre che nel mercato Cinese, è oggi esportata in Giappone, Corea, America, Ger-mania, Italia, Svezia, Inghilterra, Tailandia e Fi-lippine.

Fin dal 1993 vengono regolarmente forniti produt-tori di macchine movimento terra, carrelli eleva-tori, piattaforme aeree, industrie meccaniche.

now exported to Japan, Korea, America, Germany,

Italy, Sweden, England and South East Asia.
