Lacing slot by slot, interval slot, jump slot and fancy lacing are settable in HMI. SMT-DB160 该机为单针单面自动绑扎。采用钩针伺服转角，伺服分度的设计。 Single needle finishes lacing automatically one by one side. Needle transposition and index are controlled by servo motors. SMTBZ160 该机为双针双面自动绑扎。主轴运转、钩针转角，模具分度均采用伺服驱动设计。可选配转盘双工位。可选配无凸轮 机构，采用伺服驱动完成钩针上下起伏。可选配伺服驱动自动调整定子叠厚。 Double needles finish lacing two sides automatically at the same time. Main spindle, needle transposition and tooling index are controlled by servo motors. Two stations with turntable are available. It adopts servo motor to achieve needle up and down motion instead of cam structure. Stack height changeover can be adjusted automatically by servo motor.
