La condición de extranjero no siempre

representa una circunstancia deseada; baste

con decir que existen clases entre las

ciudadanías y que, por tanto, los pasaportes

no son vistos de igual manera por las

autoridades migratorias. Así, el

desplazamiento y la migración obligatorios se

oponen, por su carácter urgente, al viaje

voluntario. Lamentables situaciones sociales y

económicas han producido destierros que

fragmentan generaciones enteras y por ende

culturas, dando lugar a diálogos no siempre

afortunados entre el lugar expulsor y el lugar

receptor.

The condition of foreigner not always

represents a wished circumstance; be enough

Detrás de los éxodos hay siempre historias de

drama psicológico, pérdida material y

espiritual que son difícilmente reparables, por

dicha razón los procesos de acomodamiento a

las nuevas condiciones de vida no suelen ser

fáciles. El extranjero siempre será ajeno, a

pesar de su posible adecuación al nuevo

entorno, y en muchos casos resultará

sometido, por sus circunstancias.

El hambre, la guerra, los regímenes políticos,

la discriminación son algunas de las causas

que generan el desplazamiento forzado, y

plantean conflictos limítrofes e interétnicos,

que dan lugar a la xenofobia. De esta manera,

sociedades aparentemente interculturales, no

son más que parcelados ghettos, dentro de los

cuales algunos grupos tienen condiciones

preferibles a las de otros.

The hunger, the war, the political regimes, the

discrimination are some of the causes that

to the xenophobia. This way, apparently

Esta convocatoria se propone como una

posibilidad de manifestarse libremente al

respecto del fenómeno siempre vigente del

desplazamiento forzado, a través de piezas

visuales en las cuales se expresen

circunstancias inmediatas o el hecho mismo

visto de manera general. Pueden participar

artistas visuales, comunicadores, diseñadores

y en general, cualquier persona sensible al

tema, mediante trabajos digitales de las

siguientes características:

1. Imágenes de tamaño doble carta o tabloide (28 x 43 cm.) en

formato vertical.

2. Soportes digitales en archivo jpg o pdf en RGB a 150 dpi

3. Todas las imágenes serán utilizadas, ya sea mediante exposición

digital, física, por lo cual los derechos deberán ser prestados, con la

garantía de que no serán objeto de lucro.

4. No se pueden utilizar mensajes ofensivos o agresiones

1. Tabloid size ( 11 x 17 inches) in vertical format.

2. Digital supports in file jpg or pdf in RGB to 150 dpi

3. All images will be used in digital or physical exhibition thus the rights will have

to be lent, with the guarantee of which they will not be profit object.

4. Offensive messages or aggressions can’t be used.
