施恩愛基金會送暖到泰國泰國洪澇災害讓當地災民飽受煎熬，微笑之邦子民頓時失去了昔日的

微笑。與泰國毗鄰的我國深刻感受災害帶來的痛苦，因此施恩愛基金

會義不容辭地展開人道救援工作，千里送暖到泰國。負責協調此次人

道救援的 CNI 泰國業務拓展部高級經理 Benny Ang 把施恩愛基金會捐出

總值 200, 000 令吉的 Joshi 衛生棉和 Fire-Sens 薄荷膏轉交泰國水災救援

總協調 Khun Prasert。此外，施恩愛基金會還特別贊助熱騰騰的 CNI 東革阿里人參咖啡及 Up Café 淑女咖啡讓當地災民享用。施恩愛基金會走

入泰國雪中送炭，讓當地災民暖意滿心田。

扶貧濟困第一線！有感於吉打及玻璃市州早前遭逢嚴重水患，導致3萬5千

名災黎家園被毀，以致被迫疏散并安置於救濟中心，施恩愛基金會毅然送

出總值10萬令吉的救濟品，為水患災黎提供人道援助。

2010年11月12日，吉打施恩愛基金會主席再也納代表出席分別在亞羅士

打、偉倫、玻璃市分銷中心舉行的救濟品移交儀式，贈送救濟品予災黎。

秉持困苦民眾并提供援助的宗旨，施恩愛義不容辭為800多戶受影響的家

庭，提供白米、豆奶、牙刷、洗發精等個人衛生用品，以解燃眉之急。隨

後，施恩愛基金會也盡速在第一時間內把救濟品送到災黎的手上，讓處於

非常時期的家庭，特別是嗷嗷待哺的孩子，獲得營養的輔助。

相信施恩愛基金會此舉將達到拋磚引玉的作用，感召更多社會人士加入施

恩愛的愛心隊伍，發揮“一人一善，遠離苦難”的精神，為災區及急需幫

助的弱勢群體伸出援手，共同構建溫暖滿人間的愛心社會。

Yayasan CNI Join Humanitarian Aid Mission to Thailand

Pasukan bantuan pertama telah diutuskan ke tempat bencana! Selepas melihat keadaan negeri Kedah dan Perlis yang menyayat hati sehingga mengakibatkan 35,000 mangsa hilang tempat tinggal dan hidup sehelai pinggang, Yayasan CNI segera menghulurkan bantuan berupaya barangan keperluan bernilai RM100, 000 kepada mangsa–mangsa banjir.

Pada 12 November 2010, satu majlis amal menderma telah diadakan di Pusat Pengedaran Alor Setar, Changlun dan Perlis oleh Presiden JKK Yayasan CNI Kedah MDAM Encik Zainal Yusoff mewakili Yayasan CNI menyampaikan bantuan barangan keperluan kepada mangsa banjir. Yayasan CNI telah tampil membekalkan beras, susu kacang soya, berus gigi, syampu, sabun mandi dan barangan penjagaan badan kepada 800 keluarga yang terbabit dengan banjir. Beliau juga mengatakan Yayasan CNI telah bertindak pantas menghulurkan bantuan kepada 800 keluarga dalam tempoh masa 24 jam, terutamanya kepada mereka yang mempunyai kanak–kanak kecil kerana perlu memberi makanan dan belaian.

Selepas melihat amal kebajikan yang dilancarkan oleh Yayasan CNI, kami yakin lebih ramai masyarakat prihatin akan tampil hadapan untuk menyahut semangat ‘Jika Setiap Seorang Beramal, Tiada Penderitaan di Dunia’ bersama Yayasan CNI membina dan membantu menjadi masyarakat penyayang dan berkasih sayang.

The onset of affliction following the massive flood which inundated many parts of Thailand recently has gained the sympathy of Malaysians. Thereby, Yayasan CNI had joined a humanitarian aid mission to Thailand. Contribution by Yayasan CNI was represented by Benny Ang to Khun Prasert, Flood Relief Operation Centre Chief Coordinator. Yayasan CNI contributed JOSHI Sanitary Napkin packs and Fire-Sens Mentholated Rub worth a total of RM200,000. Yayasan CNI had also sponsored free flow of coffee drinks such as Up Café Suri Coffee and CNI Tongkat Ali Ginseng Coffee. This contribution from Yayasan CNI was warmly received by the victims had helped to lessen their burden.

Food is vital and eating is part of surviving. However, the recent discovery of the use of DEHP and nitrate in food have caused worldwide concern. Over time, the accumulation of illegal additives in our body can cause many chronic diseases such as hypertension, high cholesterol, diabetes and even cancer.

According to a report, Malaysians suffering from hypertension today total up to about 4.8 million, high cholesterol 3 million, diabetes 2.1 million and 40,000 new cancer cases annually.

The human body is more susceptible to chronic diseases when it is in a sub-health condition and exposed to polluted environment, burdened by stress and dietary imbalance over a period of time.

How do we tackle the sub-health condition? First, we must instil health awareness in our daily life, followed by practical measures which include preventive action, restoring our body systems, building our health and strengthening our immune system in order to enjoy true health!

Two guest speakers, Dr. Chou Chi Fai, Professor at the Department of Food Science and Biotechnology, National Chung Hsing University in Taiwan and Thompson Chong, nutrition and food therapy expert, were invited by the seminar organiser, Yayasan CNI, to provideinsights on food safety and the role of enzyme in overcoming food crisis and maintaining health. The seminar ran from 2 to 12 August and attracted over 1,000 participants.

According to Dr. Chou, food additives are mainly to enhance food nutrients, prolong shelf life, enhance the taste or appearance of the food. In terms of the safety of food additives, it depends on 3 principles: food toxicity level which is dependent on the food quality and quantity; the amount of illegal additives being used in the food; and whether legal additives have been abused. Dr. Chou took as examples some biotechnology chemicals in the market like DEHP, antibiotics, meat agent, and nitrate and briefly explained the safe and harmful dosage of these chemicals. He concluded by emphasising

所謂“民以食為天”，吃 - 乃是人們生活中重要

的一部分，但最近爆發的塑化劑及硝酸鹽事件，

引起社會嘩然。因為這些添加物長時間累積在人

體中，最後將引發種種慢性疾病，如高血壓、

高膽固醇、糖尿病，甚至癌症。

根據報導，大馬目前的高血壓患者約有480萬

人，高膽固醇患者約有300萬人，糖尿病患者約

210萬人，而癌症病患每年新增4萬人。一般上，

當人體處於“半（亞）健康狀態（健康與疾病邊

緣徘徊）時，容易在長期污染的環境下，

生活的壓力及飲食不均衡的情況下，患上各種慢

性疾病。

因此，要如何抵禦亞健康問題，首要就是提高個

人的健康意識，再來就要付諸於實際的行動。

因為只有預防疾病，調理生理機制，改善體質和

增強抵抗能力，最終才能達到真正健康的狀態！

由施恩愛基金會主辦，CNI特別讚助，特別邀請

台灣中興大學食品科學及生化科技系教授周志輝

博士聯同資深食療營養師蔣永青，再次前來為各

地民眾重新釐定對食品與食品安全的認知，以及

酵素在食品危機四伏中如何為人體健康發揮保健

效果。此項於8月2日至12日展開的全國巡迴講座

再次獲得熱烈迴響，出席人數更超過1千人。

“百毒來侵，別再扮健康”

周博士在會上認為，添加物具有改善作用，

如增加食品的營養、延長保存性、風味及外觀

等。至於食品添加物安全與否不外乎三個法

則：由食品的“質”與“量”決定毒素的高

低、是否有許多非法的添加物及是否有合法添

加物被濫用。他同時也以各類生物加工化學品

如塑化劑、抗生素、長肉劑及硝酸鹽等為例，

就其劑量與毒性向大家做一個簡單的剖析。

他在總結時指出，要達到健康均衡飲食很重

要，進食任何食品都必須適量及多樣化。

資深食療營養師蔣永青則指出我們有一個非常

棒的身體，但人們往往對自己身體不了解而常

常增加身體的負擔，以致健康亮起紅燈、疾病

由此而生。他除了與大家分享身體的各項構造

與功能，毒素如何囤積在人體內外，也在現場

通過各種示範，向大家講解酵素如何幫助人體

進行體內排毒，及將人體有害的自由基減至最

低點。

一連10場先後在怡保、關丹、實兆遠、檳城、

吉隆坡、亞庇、古晉、新山、峇株巴轄及新加

坡舉行的講座會，除了獲得當地民眾踴躍出席

外，同時也獲得現場觀眾的踴躍提問，有者甚

至會後向兩位主講人諮詢，以進一步增進對食

品安全及酵素的了解。

健康醒覺運動Health Awareness Campaign

that a balanced diet is most important for health and any food that we consume should be in moderation and varied.

Nutrition and food therapy expert, Thompson Chong, began by acknowledging the miracle of the human anatomy. However, ignorance has driven people to continuously add burden to their bodies, thus compromising their health and inviting various diseases. His talk comprised of explanation of the structure of various body parts and their functions. Thompson also explained how toxins accumulate in our body and through demonstrations he had shown how enzymes help the body to eliminate toxins, and also to reduce free radicals in our body to the minimum.

The seminar was successfully held in Ipoh, Kuantan, Sitiawan, Pulau Pinang. Kuala Lumpur, Kota Kinabalu, Kuching, Johor Bahru, Batu Pahat and Singapore, where the public participated in Q&A sessions and consulted the speakers on food safety and enzyme.

The joy of Lantern Festival and Malaysia Day celebrated by the distributors and their offspring was astonishing.Parents and their children put aside UPSR exam stress for a moment, as they enjoyed the jovial moment!

Nearly 800 people gathered on this significant night, Datin Chuah Tek Lan gave away incentives and certificates to more than 300 students from primary and secondary schools who have excelled in their exams. The RM90,000 allocation for the education incentive for the year 2011 was shared among the students. Apart from the recognition ceremony, other exciting competition was organized such as children

Bulan Ramadan adalah bulan yang mulia bagi kaum Muslim untuk meningkatkan amal dan ibadat. Yayasan CNI telah mengambil peluang ini untuk menganjurkan program Majlis Iftar Ramadan Bersama Anak Yatim pada 20/8/2011 di Wisma CNI. Kehadiran pemimpin dan pengedar CNI amat dihargai kerana telah meriahkan suasana majlis. Seramai 34 orang anak yatim dari Pertubuhan Kebajikan Anak – Anak Yatim dan Miskin Sabak Bernam dan 10 orang dari Persekutuan Pengakap Malaysia telah berkunjung ke Wisma CNI untuk pengalaman yang tidak dapat mereka lupa.

Yayasan CNI telah mengadakan beberapa aktiviti yang menarik untuk anak – anak yatim tersebut, antaranya mereka telah dibawa melawat Majlis Negeri Shah Alam dan Perpustakaan Shah Alam. Majlis penyampaian derma juga telah diadakan di Wisma CNI oleh Yayasan CNI, di mana Pertubuhan Kebajikan Anak – Anak Yatim dan Miskin Sabak Bernam telah menerima produk CNI bernilai RM7,000, Dato Chong Lian Foo, Bendahari dan wakil bagi Persekutuan Pengakap Malaysia turut menerima sumbangan sebanyak 3,000 pek Tuala Wanita Joshi bernilai RM54,000 dan Muhammad Firdaus Azizan, Pengarah Pejabat dan wakil dari Pembangunan Wanita Negeri Selangor turut menerima sumbangan 6,000 pek Tuala Wanita Joshi bernilai RM108,000 daripada Datin Chuah Tek Lan, Presiden Yayasan CNI. Tetamu telah dihiburkan dengan persembahan nasyid oleh anak-anak yatim dan Helmi Gimmick. Amal kebajikan Yayasan CNI telah melahirkan rasa gembira pada anak – anak yatim ini yang sangat bernilai.

齋戒月是回教徒的神聖月，也是教徒們修行與自我淨化的月份。

配合這個別具意義的齋戒月，施恩愛基金會於 20/8/2011 在 CNI

總部與孤兒一同開齋，領袖也積極參與此項有意義的活動。34 名

來自沙白安南的孤兒及10名馬來西亞童軍協會會員一起歡慶這個

溫馨佳節。除了豐盛的開齋晚宴，主辦當局還為孤兒們準備每人

一個福袋封、青包及參考書與特別安排他們參觀莎亞南迴教堂及

莎亞南圖書館等，增廣孤兒們見識之餘，也讓他們對這些標誌性

建築物有更深層的認知。此外，施恩愛基金會全國總會長拿汀全

德蘭代表基金會捐出總值 7000 令吉的 CNI 產品於 34 名孤兒及分

別捐贈 3000 包（價值 54,000 令吉 ）的 Joshi 衛生棉及 6000 包

（價值 108,000 令吉 ）的 Joshi 衛生棉予童軍協會和雪州婦女發展

局。最後，本地著名藝人 Helmi Gimmick 及其樂隊隊伍呈現了伊

斯蘭流行音樂為當晚娛興節目，讓孤兒們歡樂融融，大夥都度過

了一個開心愉悅的夜晚。

濟貧扶弱，施恩愛基金會義不容辭！響應霹靂

州務邊平和養老院呼籲，施恩愛基金會日前在

慈善義賣會中，贊助總價值約1萬4千令吉的產

品及派員支援，以協助該院籌募基金。

這場於11月13日，在怡保斗母宮舉行的慈善義

賣會，獲得公眾、商家及團體的熱烈支持，場

面熱爆！我國婦女、家庭與社會發展部副部長

拿督王賽芝也受邀出席主持開幕儀式，為大會

生色不少。

基金會除了贊助 500 包 Joshi 衛生棉及 300 支

的 Simanis 蜂蜜濃縮粉紅番石榴及石榴果汁外，

Nurturing the weak, aiding the poor is what Yayasan CNI is all about. Putting this philosophy into action, Yayasan CNI dutifully donated products worth RM14,000 and dispatched volunteers to help the Homepeace Old Folks Home in their charitable sales to raise fund for the home.

The event, which was held on 13 November in Ipoh, received warm response from the public, business people and associations. The atmosphere was spectacular with Samaritans flooding the sales booths and the event was further enhanced by the appearance of Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Women, Family And Community Development, YB. Datuk Heng Seai Kie, to officiate the event.

平和養老院義賣籌募基金施恩愛基金會贊助1萬4千令吉

義工們更在義賣會中提供熱騰騰的 CNI 咖啡、

健康檢查與諮詢，以及獨具風格的印度手繪服

務，當場所得盈利，全部充作為該養老院的福

利基金。

此次義賣會成功為該院籌募18萬令吉，為玉成

其美，婦女、家庭及社會發展部副部長拿督王

賽芝較後在現場宣佈再撥款2萬令吉，達成籌獲

20萬令吉的目標。希望此次義賣會能起拋磚引

玉作用，吸引更多熱心人士發揮愛心，繼續扶

持這所非營利的平和養老院，讓更多孤苦無依

的老人能夠有個安身立命、安養晚年的棲身之所。

籌委會主席程露儀百萬鑽石代表移交紀念品給開幕貴賓婦女、家庭及社會發展部副部長拿督王賽芝。

Besides sponsoring 500 packs of Joshi Sanitary Napkins and 300 bottles of Simanis Pink Guava with Pomegranate juice, the volunteers from Yayasan CNI had also prepared CNI café for visitors, conducted basic health screening and consultation as well as provide indian henna artwork. The proceeds went to the Homepeace Old Folks Home’s fund.

The charitable event successfully raised RM180,000, plus another RM20,000 donated by the Ministry of Women, Family And Community Development as announced by YB. Datuk Heng Seai Kie, in her opening speech. This made the collection for the charitable project to amount to a notable RM200,000. We hope that this successful event will help foster the public’s empathy to continue giving and helping the Homepeace Old Folks Home, sheltering the needy elderly to keep them peaceful throughout the remains of the day.

In conjunction with CNI’s Well3 health awareness campaign, Yayasan CNI donated a total of RM100,000 Well3 Life Enzyme to all the needies. Yayasan CNI President, Datin Chuah Teck Lan presented donations to all the beneficiaries at “CNI Dreams Come True Convention 2011”.

Apart from that, Yayasan CNI also set up a “Wishing Tree” in line with this health awareness campaign. Participants can wish their friends and family happy and healthy always through it.

Sri Aman DC held a carnival on 29 October, in order to appreciate the local community’s support and build good rapport with them. This carnival started from 10am until 10pm and attracted around 300 people. Many interesting programs were held such as children beauty contest, colouring contest, karaoke contest, Caring Community Project, Children Education Incentive Recognition Ceremony, lucky draw sessions etc. Here’s a look at the highlights of the event.

為了回饋社群對CNI的支持及拉近鄉里之間的

關係，施恩愛基金會聯同CNI斯里阿曼分銷中

心特別在10月29日舉辦了一場大型嘉年華，與

民同樂。這場從早上10點開始一直進行到晚上

10點的嘉年華吸引了約300名民眾參與。連串精

彩節目包括讓小朋友們爭艷鬥麗的珍珠小姐選

美比賽、讓學生大秀藝術天分的填色比賽、民

眾大展歌喉的卡拉OK比賽、社區健康關懷計

劃、子女教育獎勵金表揚會及幸運抽獎等等。

太平 2011 十分滿晚宴與子女表揚夜

十為滿，滿月滿，有感於“十”寓意吉祥圓

滿，太平分銷中心特定於10月10日舉辦“2011 十分滿晚宴與子女表揚夜”，當晚席開15桌，

攜手前來的有 CNI 領袖及夥伴、有當地居民、

有全家共團圓，臉上洋溢著團圓歡樂的笑容。

以“十分滿”為主題的晚宴是一個集交流、聯

誼、表揚與奉獻為一體的愛心饗宴，除了共同

歡慶遲來的中秋節之餘，主辦單位也趁此良機

表揚學業成績傑出的會員子女。歡樂洋溢的晚

宴，賓客們一邊品嚐美味佳餚，一邊欣賞精彩

豐富的節目表演，包括有百萬鑽石鍾文富的產

品分享，讓大家進一步了解 CNI 產品：狀元、

百育益菌、小壯士及 IgMax 初乳片等如何幫助

孩童快樂成長。除了逗趣倍受歡迎的“比手劃

腳”遊戲暖場外，更有掀起高潮的幸運抽獎。

大會也特設簡單隆重的子女表揚典禮，除了嘉

勉表現優秀的23位會員子女外，也藉此激勵其

他學子以他們為楷模，孜孜不倦。大家在酒足

飯飽之餘，也不忘發揮愛心，為太平德教會洗

腎中心籌募經費，並由太平分銷中心管理人代

表移交。

晚宴熱鬧溫馨，彼此笑臉相輝映，更點染了心

中的團圓情結，大家在美好月色下共同度過了

一個十分滿的夜晚。

Dinner & Education Incentive Presentation, Taiping“10” denotes “fullness”, a full moon. Taking “10” as a symbol of luck and fullness, Taiping DC had chosen the 10th day of the 10th month to organise a dinner cum CNI Children Education Incentive presention for 2011. 15 tables were reserved for leaders, distributors and locals for the celebration.

The dinner themed “10” was a place to interact, strengthen ties, to give recognition and contribute to the society. Apart from celebrating the belated mooncake festival, the organiser also took the opportunity to acknowledge children of CNI distributors who did well in their studies. 23 high- achieving children were celebrated in a simple ceremony to set a good example for other children in their studies. Guests enjoyed their food and fun activities in a light and joyous atmosphere which included an enlightening product sharing by MDAM Choong Mun Fook on Well3 Young Intelmax, BioPlus, Young Emulsion and Igmax that help children to grow into active and smart individuals.

The “Jangan Pandang Belakang” games stole the children’s attention as they were engrossed in it and the lucky draw became the much anticipated programme for the dinner. Guests also revealed their charitable side when they caringly donated to the Moral Uplifting Society Dialysis Centre in Taiping. The donation was later handed over to the dialysis centre by Taiping DC Operator.

Yayasan CNI President, Datin Chuah Tek Lan and a group of volunteers visited Tong Sim Senior Citizens Care Centre, wrote love and caring message to this unfortunate group.

南洋報業基金在 2011 年 10 月 30日主辦的“真善美

《愛的語言》親子生活營”，贊助 Joshi 衛生棉及護

墊予出席生活營的單親媽媽們使用。南洋報業基金經

Yayasan CNI is committed to the Single Parent Campaign and provide full-cooperation towards all single parent activities. We specially sponsored Single Mothers: “Language of Love” workshop, organized by Yayasan Nanyang. We also sponsored Joshi Sanitary Napkin to all single mothers who attended the workshop. All the sponsored gifts were handed over to Manager of Yayasan Nanyang, Ms Yuyin and Public Relations & Admin Executive Officer, Ms Tangerine Wong Yuyin Khor.

In conjunction with Sinchew Daily and Yayasan Sinchew’s “Myanmar Children – Chinese New Year Gathering”, Yayasan CNI had donated Gold Soya and Up Cocoa drink, worth RM15, 000 to 300 Myanmar refugee children. This has enabled them to feel the festive joy in a foreign country. All the donations were handed over to Deputy Chief, Culture & Education Dept of Sinchew Daily, Ms Tan Lee Chin.

In conjunction of “1 Malaysia Mid-Autumn Festival”, Yayasan CNI had specially donated some hampers for lucky draw session and 3000 door gifts for MCA Kelana Jaya division. Yayasan CNI Secretary-general, Danny Goh hand over hampers to MCA’s representative.

基金會捐贈一台自動輪椅予馬來西亞華人殘障

協會，由總財政黃俊才先生移交予來自於柔佛

的受惠者林方昭先生，有了新輪椅，讓他行動

更加自由。

Yayasan CNI donated an automaticwheelchair to Society of Chinese Disabled Persons Malaysia. Yayasan Treasurer General, Tony Wong hand over the wheelchair to the beneficiary from Johor, Mr Lim Fang Zhao.Mr Lim Fang Zhao now can move freely with the help of his new wheelchair.

大 怡蘭精舍殘障兒童院探訪院內的智障小朋友，並捐出價值 RM5000 的日用品，包括 CNI 金麥片、金

可可及衛生護墊。為院內的小朋友帶來溫暖，展現陽光般的笑容。

Penang Yayasan CNI Committee members had witnessed the spirit ‘A Charity, Put Away Suffering’. Lead by Secretary General Madam See Yock Choo and the group reached Yee Ran Jin Sheh Disable Children Welfare Association to visit orphan and mentally retarded children. Yayasan donated grocery things such as CNI Gold Meal, CNI Cocoa and Joshi Panity Liner worth of RM5000. This caring action by Yayasan has brought joy to the children there.
