A Korean favorite, Ddakgalbi is spicy seasoned boneless chicken, stir-fried in a large skillet with other ingredients such as sweet potato, cab-bage, and rice cakes. Named after its place of origin,Chuncheon, it was first created when a restau-rant owner had difficulty finding meat, and thus used chicken instead to cre-ate a dish similar to spicy stir-fried pork. 한국의 대표적인 볶음 요리로, 토막낸 닭을 고추장,
간장, 마늘 등으로 만든 양념에 재웠다가 고구마,
당근, 양배추, 떡 등의 재료와 함께 철판에 볶아 먹
