INSTRUCTIONS

1. Report to the Centre Supervisor 1 hour before the start of exam. The entry gate of the Centre will be closed at 09.30 AM for Forenoon and 01.30 PM for Afternoon.No candidate shall be allowed thereafter in any circumstance;

2. Bring this Admission Certificate (AC) received by post or duplicate AC downloaded from website www.sscsr.gov.in for admission;3. Do not leave the Exam Hall before completion of the exam;4. Mobile Phones and Electronic Gadgets are not allowed within the premises of the Exam Centre. Possession shall entail cancellation of candidature and likely

debarment from Commission’s exams for a period of 3 years. If candidates bring any such equipment, it should be deposited with the Supervisor or his/herrepresentatives at their own risk. The Commission or any other functionary engaged in exam duty will not be responsible for any loss thereof;

5. Bring two (2) passport ­ size colour photographs. Also bring a photo­bearing Identity Card in original such as Driving License, Voter Card, Aadhar Card, IdentityCard issued by the University/College, PAN CARD for identification/Verification;

6. The candidature is provisional and is subject to final scrutiny by the Commission;7. Read thoroughly the instructions given in the Recruitment Notice published in the Employment News dated 18th­24th January, 2014 and also available on the

Commission’s website ssc.nic.in;8. Affix Left Thumb Impression (LTI) and signature in the space specified on the Answer Sheet;9. Deduction of 0.50 marks for Paper­I&III, 0.25 marks for Paper­II will be made for each incorrect answer marked on OMR Answer Sheet;10. Candidates who possess the EQ for Statistical Investigator post only need to appear for Paper­III. However, Paper ­ I & II are compulsory for all posts including

Statistical Investigator;11. The candidate may have to spend 5 to 10 seconds with the Videographers for taking videos during the exam if the Commission desires to carry out the

videography in that centre. This is being done to confirm the identity of the candidate, deter impersonation and also to ensure fairness and impartiality in theconduct of the exam.

12. Candidature of candidate found obstructing the work of invigilator or representative of the Commission will be summarily cancelled;13. Some minor modifications have been made in the OMR Sheet. Candidates are advised to see the sample OMR Sheet placed in the

Commission's website.
