ChileLas vides fueron introducidas desde Chile en una fecha muy
temprana, algunas de ellas plántulas de la variedad Mission
(Listán Negro/Mollar/Pais/Criolla) sin valor.
La vinificación aún no es la mejor. Los vinos blancos, por
ejemplo, se fermentan casi universalmente en las pieles
demasiado tiempo, y a menudo se mantienen en barriles más
allá de su mejor momento. Los rojos están mucho mejor,
aunque algunos son demasiado viejos.
