常规式偏心块 Regular Eccentric Blocks 叠片式偏心块 Stacked Eccentric Blocks

打开电机两端防护罩，将电机两端内侧偏心块 （即固定偏心块） 保持不动，将电机两端外侧偏心块 （即可调节偏心块）往同一方向调整，调至对应刻度即可达到所需激振力。在两块偏心块重叠时，激振力最大，在两块偏心块对称时，激振力为零。如此，任意调整可调节偏心块至对应刻度即可达到所需激振力。

叠片式偏心块由主偏心块和次偏心块组成，可通过增减次偏心块数量实现激振力的调整。调整时须同时在两端增减相同数量的次偏心块。

The stacked eccentric blocks are composed of a main

eccentric block and assistant eccentric blocks. The excit-

ing force can be adjusted by adding or reducing the

number of assistant eccentric blocks. The numbers of

adding or reducing at both ends should be same.

Open both covers at ends of the motor, keep the medial eccentric blocks (the fixed

eccentric block) static, and adjust the lateral eccentric blocks to the same direction

according to the corresponding scale to achieve the required exciting force. When

the two eccentric blocks overlap, the exciting force is the largest. When the two

eccentric blocks are symmetrical, the exciting force is zero.

至 400KN，可广泛配套用于振动给料机、振动筛、振动输送机、振动落砂机、振动干燥机、振实台、料仓振动防闭塞装置等。

YZO series vibrator motors are developed according to the industry standard of China, regular YZO series are horizontal designed, with more

than 100 models, the exciting force ranges cover 0 to 400KN. YZO series are wildly used on feeding machines, vibrating screens, vibrating

YZL series vertical vibrator motors are made up of vertical motors and exciting sources. The gyratory exciting force produced by the motor is

transmitted to the vibration machines through the conical surface of the motor, it makes the vibration machines produce the compound working

conditions of the circular vibrating and shaking space. They can be used as exciting sources of vibration sieves, vibration lapping machines, vibra-

tion polishing machines, vibration mixers and other flat or compound rotating vibrating machines.
