Characteristics
Pressure relief valves series RDM are direct operated pis-ton type valves with low hysteresis.They can be used asP-T relief or as T-T controlled counter balance valve.Thevalve body is equipped with a preesure gauge port.

TT... pressure is relieved from T' to T at the adjustedpressure.
Features• The direct operated, cushioned piston design results in
fast response, low leakage and minimal hysteresis.

Characteristics
The pilot operated pressure relief valves from theParker Manapak series RM are sandwich plate valvesdesigned for stacking beneath a directional valve witha standardised mounting pattern. Depending on type,pressure limiting can be achieved in ports P, A or B withunloading to port T.
RM valves may only be mounted in the defined mountingposition.
Features• The valve bodies of the Parker Manapak valve series
RM are made of steel.
• The pressure can be set by slotted head screw, knob,or knob with DIN-lock.
• Piloting results in a flat p/Q performance curve.
• The orifices located in the main spool limit the pilot oilflow.

Characteristics
Series PRDM are direct operated pressure reducingvalves to regulate pressure in one area of a hydrauliccircuit at a predetermined level below normal systempressure. Additionally, an integral pressure relievingfunction for the secondary reduced pressure circuit isincorporated into the design.
FuntionThese valves are "normally open" devices that allow fluidto flow trough the controlled port during their non-actu-ated or "at rest" condition. When downstream pressureexceeds the value set by the spring force, the controlpiston moves off its seat, closing off the flow path and thusreducing the fluid passing through from the main system.The cushioned piston modulates to maintain the presetpressure in this branch of the hydraulic circuit. If, due to ex-ternal forces, the pressure continues to rise in this branchcircuit, the piston will keep moving against the spring forceallowing fluid to be drained to the tank, thereby limitingmaximum pressure to the valve's setting.

Proportional pressure reducing valves keep a constantpressure pred on the secondary side - independent ofpressure fluctuations on the primary side.The integratedpressure relief function obviates the need for an additionalpressure relief valve on the secondary side and reliefs totank, if pred rises above the setting pressure.
The proportional pressure reducing valve reduces thepressure in output port pred in proportion to the solenoid
current. The PRPM works practically independent of theinlet pressure pE. In non-activated mode, the connectionto the tank is fully open with a min. pressure correspond-ing to the spring force.
The gauge port is connected to the secondary side.TypesA and B have an integrated bypass check valve. ThePRPM provides optimum performance in combinationwith a digital amplifier module PCD00A-400.

Characteristics
2-way pressure compensators series LCM are sandwichplate valves designed for stacking beneath a proportionaldirectional control valve with a standardised mountingpattern.The valve maintains a constant pressure differentialbetween ports P and A or P and B across the directionalvalve.When the cross sectional opening of the directionalvalves is held steady, a constant flow rate is achieved,regardless of consumer load fluctuations.The control pressure applied to the spring side of thecompensator spool is supplied from port A or B via ashuttle valve. Flow rate regulation is automatically effec-tive in the port with the highest pressure.
Proportional DC valve model D31FS with 2 way pressure compensa-tor LCM3 maintains a constant flow rate.The diagram shows the design according to code X.

Double-throttle check valves from the Parker Manapakseries FM are sandwich plate valves designed for stack-ing beneath a directional valve with a standard mountingpattern. Throttle and check valves are located in ports Aand B.
FM2 and FM3 can be used as meter-in or meter-outthrottle by changing the mounting position.
FM4 can be selected by ordering code as meter-in ormeter-out throttle. FM6 is only available as meter-outcontrol.
The throttle check valve can also be used to influence theswitching time of pilot operated directional valves. In thiscase, the valve is positioned between the pilot stage (CE-TOP03, NG06) and the main stage (CETOP05, NG10up to CETOP10, NG32).

Check valves from the Parker Manapak series CM aresandwich plate valves designed for stacking beneath adirectional valve with a standardised mounting pattern.Depending on the function required, one or two checkvalves are arranged in ports P, T, A, and B. Number andflow direction can be selected from the ordering code.
Features• The valve bodies of the Parker Manapak valve series
CM are made of steel.
• Eight options for the arrangement of the check valvein the body offer a multitude of uses for hydraulicswitching.

Features• The valve bodies of the Parker Manapak valve series
CPOM are made of steel.
• The valve poppet is precisely guided into the steelsleeve and ensures a good seal on the seat.
• When the valve poppet is open, the large cross-sectionallows high flow rates at low differential pressure.
• Different control ratios can be chosen with the NG6and NG10 valves.
• Pre-opening for CPOM*HT to achieve smooth open-ing.
FunctionThe check valves open when flowing to the consumerside, where the opposing check valve is hydraulically-mechanically pilot operated simultaneously by a controlspool, and thus the return flow is enabled from otherconsumer sides.

Technical data
Pilot operated check valves series ZRE are designed formaximum flow rates and long life time.
The valves are typically used in combination with spooltype directional control valves to ensure leak free posi-tioning of the actuator.
The inlet flow is free while the outlet flow is blocked.Pres-sure in the inlet line opens the check valve and allowsfree outlet flow.

Mounting screwsCylinder head bolts as per DIN 912/12.9, or studs as perDIN 835 10.9 with cylindrical nuts are used to mount theheight stacking Manapak sandwich valves.
Length of the mounting screwsThe screw length is the sum of the engagement depthplus the stacking length.The stud length is the sum of thestacking length plus the thread depth of the nut.
TorquesThe mounting screws or studs must be tightened with theprescribed tightening torque so that safety and properseal are ensured.
