DESIGN E FUNZIONALITÀ

Prima di ogni altra scelta, è fondamentale individuare il model-lo estetico che meglio si adatta al proprio ambiente cucina e che rispecchia i propri gusti. La gamma Tecnowind è assolutamente completa sia dal punto di vista funzionale (cappe a parete, ad incas-so o ad isola), che da quello delle varianti estetiche. Qualsiasi sia il modello scelto, l’effi cacia delle prestazioni, il design moderno ed elegante, nonché la qualità del prodotto, saranno garantiti.

VersioniTutti i modelli Tecnowind possono operare in due versioni: la versio-ne aspirante (A), in cui l’aria aspirata viene evacuata all’esterno e la versione fi ltrante (B), dove l’aria aspirata viene reimmessa nell’am-biente dopo esser stata depurata. La scelta tra le due versioni è ob-bligata dall’ubicazione della cucina all’interno dell’abitazione. Nel primo caso - versione aspirante - la cappa è sicuramente più effi -cace ed è dotata di una valvola che permette l’espulsione dei fumi evitando che l’aria fredda proveniente dall’esterno penetri nell’abi-tazione. Per evitare perdite di prestazioni, la tubazione deve avere un diametro non inferiore a 120 mm e occorre fare in modo che il punto di estrazione sia il più lineare possibile e non troppo distante dal punto di aspirazione. Nel caso in cui non sia possibile espellere l’aria all’esterno dell’abitazione, è necessario che la cappa sia prov-vista di fi ltri carbone - versione fi ltrante - tramite i quali l’aria viene purifi cata e quindi reimmessa nell’ambiente cucina. In questa con-fi gurazione è necessaria un’attenta manutenzione dei fi ltri carbone.

Estrattore esternoNella gamma Tecnowind sono disponibili anche modelli con motore remoto comandato dalla cappa ma posizionato all’esterno dell’am-biente cucina (C) o, meglio ancora, dell’abitazione (D).Questo sistema limita al massimo il problema della rumorosità, pur mantenendo un’ottima capacità di aspirazione. Anche in tale caso è consigliato l’utilizzo della valvola di non ritorno, per evitare l’immis-sione di aria fredda dall’esterno.

Aspirazione centralizzata (E)La gamma Tecnowind è provvista anche di modelli con elettrovalvo-la, idonei a sistemi di aspirazione centralizzati, spesso presenti nei grandi condomini. In tali situazioni, essendo il sistema centralizzato sempre in funzione, l’aspirazione della cappa nella singola abitazio-ne va regolata tramite l’apertura-chiusura di una speciale valvola comandata elettricamente.

DESIGN AND FUNCTIONALITY

Tecnowind offers a complete range both from a functional (wall-mounted, built-in or island hoods) and aesthetic point of view. Whichever model you choose, performance efficiency, contemporary and elegant design, as well as product quality are always guaranteed.

VersionsAll Tecnowind models can operate in two versions: the suction version (A) where air sucked up is evacuated outdoors, and the filtering version (B) in which air sucked up is returned to the environment after being purified.Selecting between the two versions is bound by the location of the kitchen in the house.In the first case - suction version - the hood is decisively more efficient and is equipped with a valve that enables fumes to be expelled and prevents cold outdoor air from entering the house. To avoid a decrease in performance, the pipes must be no less than 120 mm in diameter, and the extraction point must be as linear as possible, and not too far from the suction point. If it is impossible to expel air from the house, the hood must be provided with charcoal filters - filtering version - through which air is purified and then returned to the kitchen environment. This type of configuration requires thorough maintenance of the charcoal filters.

External extractorTecnowind also offers a range of models with remote motors, which are controlled from the hood but are placed outside the kitchen (C) or, better still, outdoors (D).This system drastically reduces the problem of noise, whilst still maintaining perfect suction potential. Also in this case, it is recommended to use a check valve to prevent cold outdoor air from entering indoors.

Centralised suction (E)The Tecnowind range also covers models with electric valves suitable for centralised suction systems, which are often found in large condominiums. Since the centralised system is always operating, in such situations, suction of the hood in individual homes is adjusted by means of opening-closing a special electrically controlled valve.

FILTRAGGIO E ASPIRAZIONE

La funzione di fi ltraggio nella cappa è garantita da due diverse bar-riere: il fi ltro al carbone attivo e quello antigrasso.

I fi ltri carboneI fi ltri carbone vanno applicati solo quando la cappa è installata in versione fi ltrante e fungono da veri e propri depuratori dell’aria. Tale funzione è permessa dall’enorme capacità che il carbone atti-vo, sostanza vegetale, ha di trattenere particelle e sostanze prima di reimmettere l’aria aspirata nell’ambiente. I fi ltri non sono lavabili o rigenerabili e devono essere sostituiti ciclicamente. La saturazione del carbone attivo dipende dall’uso più o meno prolungato dell’ap-parecchio, dal tipo di cucina e dalla regolarità con cui viene effettua-ta la pulizia del fi ltro antigrasso.

I fi ltri antigrassoIl fi ltro antigrasso è invece sempre necessario ed esercita una du-plice funzione nella cappa: da una parte protegge le parti interne. evitando che i grassi aspirati vadano ad intaccare le componen-ti elettriche in special modo il motore, dall’altra ha una funzione decorativa, grazie alla molteplice varietà delle fi niture estetiche con cui il fi ltro antigrasso può essere realizzato. Per le cappe di maggior design, sono utilizzati fi ltri in alluminio o in acciaio che, oltre a poter essere lavabili in lavastoviglie, conferiscono al pro-dotto un’estetica ricercata. I fi ltri in acciaio rappresentano il “top” in termini di qualità, robustezza, effi cacia ed eleganza. Per alcuni modelli Tecnowind sono disponibili i fi ltri “baffl e”, simili a quelli utilizzati nelle cucine professionali: la loro geometria obbliga l’a-ria a passare in un particolare “labirinto” garantendo la massima effi cacia nel trattenere le particelle di grasso. Per quanto riguarda i prodotti “entry level”, viene utilizzato il fi ltro acrilico, realizzato in materiale autoestinguente, non lavabile e con una durata limitata.

Aspirazione perimetraleAlcuni modelli della gamma Tecnowind sono equipaggiati con il si-stema di aspirazione perimetrale: tale sistema è composto da uno o più pannelli rimuovibili che riducono le zone di passaggio dell’aria. Aumentando la velocità di passaggio dell’aria, diminuisce la fuoriu-scita di fumi e aumenta l’effi cienza del fi ltraggio. Questa dotazio-ne può avere differenti fi niture estetiche, inox, verniciato e vetro, in modo da poter armonizzare il prodotto con le altre fi niture dell’am-biente cucina. Per alcuni sistemi perimetrali è disponibile un pan-nello fonoassorbente che permette la riduzione del rumore.

MOTORI

La gamma Tecnowind è caratterizzata da una molteplicità di mo-delli che, a seconda delle esigenze, possono essere dotati di ogni tipo di motore, tangenziale o radiale, con differenti livelli di portata e di pressione. La capacità di aspirazione necessaria dipende dalle dimensioni dell’ambiente cucina e dal modo di cucinare. FILTERING AND SUCTION

Two different barriers ensure the filtering function of the hood: the active charcoal filter and the anti-grease filter.

Charcoal filtersThe charcoal filters are only applied when the hood is installed with the filtering version, and they act as proper air purifiers. This function is enabled by the enormous ability of the active charcoal, a vegetable substance, to withhold particles and substances before returning sucked air to the environment. The filters are not washable or re-usable and must be replaced periodically. Saturation of the active charcoal depends on the more or less prolonged use of the appliance, on the type of kitchen and on the frequency with which the anti-grease filter is cleaned.

“Long life” filtersThe “long life” filters have the same function as the charcoal filter, the difference being that they can be re-used up to a maximum of 10 times.

Anti-grease filtersThe anti-grease filter is, instead, always required and has a dual function in the hood: on the one hand, it protects the internal parts by preventing sucked up grease from damaging electrical components, especially the motor. On the other hand, it has a decorative function thanks to the wide variety of aesthetic finishes with which the anti-grease filter can be designed. For most designs, the hoods have aluminium or stainless steel filters, which, besides the fact that they can be washed in dishwashers, make the product greatly sought after. Steel filters represent the “top” in terms of quality, sturdiness, efficiency and elegance. Some Tecnowind models have “baffle filters”, which are similar to those used in professional kitchens: their shape enables air to pass through a special “labyrinth”, thus ensuring maximum efficiency to withhold grease particles. With regard to the “entry level”, an acrylic filter is used, which is made of self-extinguishing material that is not washable and has a limited lifespan.

Perimeter suctionSeveral models of the Tecnowind range are equipped with a perimeter suction system: the system is composed of one or more removable panels, which reduce the areas where air can pass. Increasing the speed of air passing through, decreases the exit of fumes and increases filtering efficiency. This supply can have different aesthetic finishes: stainless steel, painted and glass. This way, the product can blend with other kitchen finishes. Some perimeter systems have sound-absorbing panels that reduce noise emissions.

MOTORS

Tecnowind is distinguished by its wide range of models, which, according to requirements, can be equipped with any kind of motor, tangential or radial, with different levels of capacity and pressure. The suction ability required depends on the dimensions of the kitchen and the method of cooking. It is important to avoid using oversized motors, which would only result in greater noise levels! After in-depth studies by our laboratories, Tecnowind motors represent the best that technology has to offer in terms of fluid dynamics: very high performance coupled with a very low level of noise and consumption, which ensure maximum

Nowadays, the kitchen is the most appreciated room for the whole family to spend time in. Induction and radiant hobs with electronic and manual controls in various sizes are available with stylish steel or aluminium frames in both “soft line” or with bevelled glass versions. Regardless of the model chosen, performance efficiency, modern and elegant design, as well as product quality are always guaranteed.Comparing a vitro ceramic electric hob with a traditional gas one, the first one is:• Easier to clean: thanks to its perfectly linear and flat surface.• Safer: both for its use of electricity instead of gas at home and because of the electronic safety devices, which are not available with traditional gas hobs. • More intelligent: thanks to the use of electronics that enables many additional functions (timer, clock, cooking cycle memorisation, electronic safety devices).• More efficient: as there is no heat dispersion (the pot is in direct contact with the heating element), the time required for normal cooking is reduced and, consequently, so are costs.

TECHNOLOGY

Tecnowind is constantly engaged in research and development with regard to the choice of components for innovation as well as the logic of “savings”. This work is often performed in “comakership” with our suppliers worldwide. All components are subjected to stringent laboratory tests and ensure high levels of product quality and reliability. Vitro Ceramic Electric comply with the European Ecodesign Directive (66/2014) regarding the maximum power consumption limit. Adjustment to legislation improves energy consumption without affecting the product’s functionality.

Induction plates (A)The induction hob operates by generating a magnetic field, which is created by inductors (coils) placed under the glass surface that react with the ferrous materials in cookware. When a steel pot or other ferrous material is placed on the cooking plate, a reaction transforms the energy into a magnetic field. The flows that are generated heat up the bottom of the pot, which transfers heat directly to the food (C).

Radiating plates (B)The radiant hob is made of a vitroceramic surface where a series of spiral shaped resistors are housed. When a resistor is turned on, the electric current reaches it and heats it, making it take on a classic

Qualsiasi sia il modello scelto, il valore tecnologico, il design mo-derno ed elegante, nonché la qualità del prodotto, saranno garantiti.Paragonando un piano cottura elettrico in vetroceramica con uno a gas tradizionale, il primo risulta essere:• Più facile da pulire: grazie ad una superfi cie perfettamente piana e lineare.• Più sicuro: sia per l’utilizzo dell’energia elettrica in luogo del gas in ambiente domestico, sia per la presenza di sicurezze elettroniche di cui un piano a gas tradizionale non può essere dotato.• Più intelligente: grazie all’utilizzo dell’elettronica che consente numerose funzioni accessorie (timer, orologio, memorizzazione di cicli cottura, sistemi elettronici di sicurezza).• Più effi ciente: in considerazione dell’assenza della dispersone di calore (la pentola è a contatto diretto con l’elemento riscaldante), si riducono i tempi necessari per la normale cottura e conseguentemente i costi.

TECNOLOGIE

Tecnowind è costantemente impegnata in progetti di ricerca e svi-luppo per quanto riguarda la scelta della componentistica sia in ot-tica di innovazione che in logica di “savings”. Questo lavoro spesso viene svolto in “comakership” con i nostri fornitori in tutto il mondo. Tutti i componenti sono sottoposti a severi test di laboratorio e ga-rantiscono alti livelli di qualità e affi dabilità del prodotto. I piani cottura elettrici in vetroceramica sono conformi alla diret-tiva Europea Ecodesign (66/2014) riguardante il limite massimo di consumo energetico. L’adeguamento alla normativa migliora il con-sumo energetico senza pregiudicare le funzionalità del prodotto.

Piastre ad Induzione (A)Il piano cottura a induzione basa il suo funzionamento sulla creazione di un campo magnetico: sotto la superfi cie del vetro sono sistemati de-gli induttori (bobine) che reagiscono con i materiali ferrosi dei recipienti di cottura. Quando si appoggia sulla zona di cottura una pentola in ac-ciaio, o altro materiale ferroso, si verifi ca una reazione che trasforma l’energia in campo magnetico. Le correnti così formate scaldano il fon-do della pentola che trasferisce direttamente il calore agli alimenti (C).

Piastre Radianti (B)Il piano cottura radiante è costituito da una superfi cie in vetroceramica al di sotto della quale sono alloggiate una serie di resistenze a forma di spirale. Quando si accende una resistenza la corrente elettrica la

SISTEMI DI ILLUMINAZIONE

I prodotti della gamma Tecnowind possono essere equipaggiati con differenti sistemi di illuminazione, dalle normali lampade a bulbo fi no alle strip led, al fi ne di poter personalizzare i vari prodotti i fun-zione del design e del consumo energetico richiesti.

Lampade a bulboQuesto tipo di lampada generalmente è destinata a prodotti “com-modity”: Tecnowind offre una vasta gamma di scelta, incandescenza da 40w (solo per paesi extra-Europei), alogena da 28w, fl uorescenti da 7w e led da 2,8w, con attacco E14.

FarettiQuesto tipo di lampade permette una vasta scelta di estetiche e tec-nologie, dalla alogena circolare da 20w, alle versioni circolari led con consumi da 1w – 1,5w – 2,5 w, alla forma rettangolare con led da 2,2w, tutte 3000°k.

Strip LedLa strip led generalmente viene utilizzata su prodotti di design, na-scosta o a vista, può essere di differenti lunghezze in base al tipo di prodotto che la dovrà ospitare e ha un consumo da 4w ad 8w.

COMANDI E TECNOLOGIE

La Tecnowind dispone di una vasta scelta di interfacce comando per la sua gamma di prodotti. I comandi sono “on-board”, ma alcuni di essi sono dotati di “remote control” opzionale, in modo da poter ge-stire il prodotto anche a distanza.

Comandi meccanici ed elettromeccaniciLa gamma comprende tutti i comandi con funzioni basic, on-off, ge-stione velocità, on-off luce; possono essere di tipo slider, pulsanti, manopole e retroilluminati. Sono disponibili in differenti forme e co-lori in modo da poter avere più personalizzazioni anche sullo stesso prodotto.

Comandi elettroniciLa gamma è disponibile con differenti estetiche e versioni: touch, digital display, pulsanti retroilluminati. Questi comandi sono do-tati di impostazione base delle funzioni, regolazione della ve-locità, on-off luci, timer, intensiva, segnalazione saturazione fi ltri (grassi ed odori) a 30h. Nelle versioni più evolute sono in-cluse anche funzioni dimmer per le luci. Essendo anche pro-duttore di piani cottura elettrici in vetroceramica, Tecnowind in-tegra comandi piano-cappa che permettono di gestire la parte dedicata all’aspirazione con il “control” del piano cottura, regolan-do in un’unica soluzione sia la cottura che l’estrazione dei fumi.

Tecnologie di comunicazioneLe cappe della gamma Tecnowind possono essere allestite con sensori qualità aria che premettono di sincronizzare il funzionamento delle velocità con la cottura. Alcuni controlli nascono predisposti per Sistemi WIFI che permettono, tramite lo sviluppo di una APP, di gestire il prodotto in maniera remota tramite smartphone o tablet, utilizzando le rete domestica e inserendo il prodotto in un contesto di domotica. Infi ne alcuni modelli sono equipaggiati con il Sistema HIFI con “Sound Exciter” che permette di trasformare un elettrodomestico di uso quotidiano coma la cappa in un sistema di riproduzione audio di alta qualità. Il Sistema opera attraverso una normale connessione “Bluethooth”

LIGHTING SYSTEMS

Tecnowind products can be equipped with different lighting systems, varying from normal light bulbs to LED strips in order to customise various products, design functions, and energy consumption.

Light bulbsThis type of bulb is usually intended for “commodity” products: Tecnowind offers a wide variety to choose from: incandescent from 40w (only for extra-European countries), halogen from 28w, fluorescent from 7w and LEDs from 2.8w with E14 connection.

CONTROLS AND TECHNOLOGY

Tecnowind has a wide variety of interface controls for its product range. The controls are “on-board”, however some are equipped with the option of a “remote control” in order to manage the product from a distance.

Mechanical and electromechanical controlsThe range includes all controls with basic on-off, speed management, and light on-off functions. They can be slider, button, knob and backlit types. They are available in different shapes and colours so as to provide more options for the customisation of the same product.

Electronic controlsThe range is available in different aesthetics and versions: touch, digital display, and backlit buttons. These controls are equipped with basic settings for functions, speed adjustment, light on-off, timer, intensity, 30-hour filter saturation signal (grease and odours). More advanced versions also have light dimmer functions.Also manufacturers of vitro ceramic electric hobs, Tecnowind integrates hob-hood controls, which manage the part dedicated to suction with the hob “control”, adjusting both cooking and fumes extraction in one solution.

Communication technologyTecnowind hoods can be supplied with air quality sensors that can sync speed operation with cooking. Some designs are set up with WIFI Systems, which, by means of an APP, enable you to manage the product remotely via your smartphone or tablet, using the home network and inserting the product in a home automation context.Lastly, some models are equipped with a HIFI System with “Sound Exciter” that transforms a daily electric appliance like your hood into a high-quality audio system. The system works via normal “Bluetooth” connection.

Each model is equipped with controls representing the best that modern technology can provide in terms of reliability, safety and design.

ElectronicThanks to the many additional electronic functions connected to the electronic controls, the vitro ceramic electric hob becomes an intelligent tool that makes cooking easier and more pleasant in much safer conditions. Each Tecnowind hob is fitted with an electronic control, which has numerous additional functions at its disposal including Timer, Booster, Heat-up, as well as essential electrical safety systems such as O.S.D. (in the event of liquid spills), Child Safety Lock (to avoid accidental use by children) and others in order to make the kitchen safer.The electronic controls available are the following:• Slider electronics, thanks to its modern power adjustment system, it represents the latest trend from a technological and design viewpoint• Slim electronics, is extremely elegant, for its small size• Lux electronics, fitted with numerous additional functions, allows up to 5 heating areas to be controlled• Smart electronics, with a simple but elegant design, which is extremely easy to use• Low Power electronics, with multi-level power function, which allows the maximum power value to be regulated depending on requirement In addition, since Tecnowind produces both domestic hobs and hoods, it has developed a system that enables connection between the two appliances. This technology allows all hood functions to be managed through the controls positioned on the hob.

Manual controlsElegant knobs, which can be personalised according to taste and the design of the other kitchen appliances, available to mechanically select the hob’s power level, complete a wide range of control options so that each model has the most suitable control at its disposal.

SHAPE AND SIZE

Domino collectionIn addition to the standard sizes, Tecnowind offers a series of domino hobs that offer great versatility in terms of installation and functionality. In fact, due to its reduced width (only 29 cm!), this hob can be used where space is a problem in the kitchen or blended with others, side by side: this provides the kitchen with a touch of sophistication. The domino range is available with mechanical and electronic controls, as well as induction.

Special projectsTecnowind offers a range of electric hobs that, due to their great project modularity, are easily personalised in terms of size and aesthetics. Tecnowind has completed numerous projects, created to meet the requirements of specific customers, and thus have been defined as “special”. Such as, hobs built ad hoc for free-standing kitchens, others with curved shapes and non-traditional sizes or special cooking solutions (such as wok or teppan yaki).

AESTHETICS

The continuous design evolution applied to kitchens means that even appliances require a higher content and aesthetic value. The electric hob is very versatile from an aesthetic and personalised viewpoint thanks to the screen-print, which can be applied on different colours of glass.

SISTEMA DI LIVELLAMENTO

LEVELLING SYSTEMNuovo sistema di ancoraggio che consente di regolare la pendenza della

cappa semplicemente serrando o allentando due viti.

New anchoring system, which allows adjusting the inclination of the hood by simply tightening or loosening two screws.

POSIZIONE MOTORE

MOTOR POSITIONLa versatilità e la struttura interna di alcuni modelli permettono di col-

locare il motore in diverse posizioni. Infatti, a seconda delle esigenze

del cliente, la presa d’aria motore può essere sul lato superiore o nella

parte posteriore della cappa.

The versatility and the internal structure of some models allow to place the blower in different positions. In fact, the air outlet of the blower can be positioned either towards the upper part or the rear part of the hood according to the user’s needs.

FILTRO LONG LIFE

LONG LIFE FILTERIl long life fi lter è un tipo di fi ltro che può essere usato in cappe installate

in versione fi ltrante per depurare l’aria. A differenza dei fi ltri a carbone

tradizionali questo fi ltro può essere rigenerato e riutilizzato per circa 15

volte tramite un lavaggio in lavastoviglie quindi un’asciugatura in forno.

Tale fi ltro mantiene inalterata la sua effi cacia per circa 3 anni.

The long life filter is a type of filter that can be used in hoods installed in filter version. Unlike traditional charcoal filters, this type of filter can be regenerated and reused for about 15 times by washing it in the dishwasher and drying it in the oven. This filter maintains its efficacy for about 3 years.

ASPIRAZIONE PERIMETRALE

PERIMETER EXTRACTIONTale sistema di aspirazione genera un aumento della velocità dell’aria

lungo il perimetro della cappa facendo così diminuire la fuoriuscita dei

fumi al di fuori del bordo esterno di aspirazione della cappa. I pannelli

in acciaio inox impreziosiscono il prodotto conferendogli un’estetica più

elegante e ricercata. Inoltre la superfi cie liscia e lineare rende più facili

le operazioni di pulizia. Questi pannelli possono essere equipaggiati con

speciali pannelli fonoassorbenti gestiti come accessorio, i quali contribu-

iscono ad una riduzione sensibile della rumorosità.

This extraction system generates an increase of air speed along the perimeter of the hood, thereby reducing fumes from coming out from the extraction perimeter of the hood. The stainless steel panels decorate the product with an elegant and refined touch. Moreover, the smooth and linear surface makes it even easier to clean. These panels can be fitted with special sound-absorbing panels as accessories, allowing for considerable noise reduction.

la cappa a distanza e di attivare le varie funzioni. Disponibile come ac-

cessorio per modelli con comando specifi co.

Elegant and practical remote control that allows remotely turning the hood on and off and activating the various functions. Available as an accessory for models with specific control.

DIMMER LIGHT

DIMMER LIGHT

Su alcuni modelli provvisti di comandi di ultima generazione e delle lam-

pade alogene è possibile attivare questa funzione che consente di rego-

lare l’intensità di illuminazione su 3 livelli: alto, medio, spento.

This function can be activated on some models equipped with specific controls and with halogen lamps and allows adjusting light intensity on three levels: high, medium and off.

APERTURA AUTOMATICA

AUTOMATIC OPENINGTramite un apposito comando touch le cappe predisposte si aprono au-

tomaticamente come uno scrigno scoprendo la zona fi ltrante in modo

che l’aspirazione sia agevolata.

With this special touch control, the hood will automatically open like a chest, exposing the filter area to ease the extraction.

SENSORE

SENSORI nostri laboratori, in un’ottica di miglioramento continuo e di innovazio-

ne, hanno ideato una tecnologia che permette all’apparecchio di rico-

noscere quello che sta avvenendo sul piano cottura e, di conseguenza,

di accendersi, di autoregolarsi automaticamente nella portata di aspi-

razione e di spegnersi. Tale funzionamento è reso possibile dall’azione

di un sensore che riconosce la qualità dell’aria intesa come quantità di

impurità presenti in essa, sia sotto forma di gas che di particelle in so-

spensione (forme di vapore).

I vantaggi nell’utilizzo di tale sistema sono notevoli:

- ottimizzazione della qualità dell’aria: aria sempre pulita

- ottimizzazione del consumo di energia: cappa attiva solo quando serve

- la cappa lavora da sola

This function is allowed by a sensor, which detects the quality of the air, i.e., the amount of impurities in it, both in the form of gas and in the form of vapour.This system offers significant advantages:- air quality optimisation: air always clean- energy consumption optimisation: the hood operates only when required- the hood operates autonomously.

FILTRO PANNELLO HP

HP PANELÈ un tipo di fi ltro antigrasso composto da 5 strati di cui 4 in rete alluminio

e 1 in poliuretano. Questa speciale composizione consente di migliorare

notevolmente le prestazioni del fi ltraggio grassi raggiungendo un’ ef-

fi cienza pari al 95%. Il fi ltro può essere lavato in lavastoviglie per un

massimo di 11 cicli.

It is a type of anti-grease filter consisting of 5 layers: 4 layers in aluminium and the last one in polyurethane.This special composition improves the performances of filtering reaching an efficiency of 95%.The filter can be washed in the dishwasher for a maximum of 11 cicles.

Consente di impostare il tempo per lo spegnimento automatico della

It allows a definite cooking time to be set.

BOOSTER

Questa funzione consente di accelerare i tempi di cottura applicando una

potenza superiore alla nominale in

un arco di tempo defi nito.

This feature accelerates the cooking time, by applying an higher power level than normal, within a specified period of time.

MINUTE MINDER

Conto alla rovescia dei minuti.

Countdown of minutes.

HEAT UP

La funzione Heat Up permette di avere la zona di cottura al massimo

della temperatura per un certo periodo di tempo, dopodiché la tempera-

tura scenderà ad un valore inferiore precedentemente selezionato.

For a limited period of time, the heat up function allows the maximum temperature to be set for a selected cooking zone, after which the temperature decreases to a lower selected value.

POT DIAMETER DETECTOR

Il sistema riconosce automaticamente il diverso diametro di ogni singola

pentola, adottando per ogni dimensione il livello di potenza adeguato.

Questo permette di utilizzare pentole di varie dimensioni e di evitare

sprechi di energia.

The system automatically recognizes the different diameter of each pot, thus, adopting a suitable power level for each dimension. This allows the use of pots of different sizes in order to avoid energy waste.

MULTY LEVEL POWER

Questa funzione consente all’utente di impostare il livello di potenza del

piano cottura.

This function allows heat absorption to be set at different levels.

LOW TEMP

Questa funzione consente all’utente di scegliere tra tre diverse tempera-

ture predefi nite per la cottura di

particolari tipologie di cibo. Le temperature proposte sono:

- 42°C: melting: per sciogliere la cioccolata, il burro, ecc…

- 70°C: warming: per riscaldare cibi precedentemente cotti

- 94°C: simmering: per portare ad ebollizione lentamente

This function allows to the user to choose in to three default temperatures, in order to curry out particularcooking process. Default temperatures are:- 42°C: melting: to melt chocolate, butter, etc…- 70°C: warming: to warm pre cooked food- 94°C: simmering: to slowly simmer.

PAUSE/RECALL

Questa funzione mette in pausa l’apparecchio mantenendo in memoria

i programmi di cottura precedentemente impostati, per poi ripartire im-

mediatamente alla stessa temperatura.

This function pauses the device keeping in mind the cooking program previously set, and then re-start immediately at the same temperature.

BRIDGE

Sono elementi che formano un ponte, uniscono due zone di cottura cre-

ando uno spazio più ampio per pentole di grandi dimensioni.

Bridge elements, pairs-up two cooking zones to make one bigger griddle for pots and griddles of large dimensions.

CHEF COOK

Questa funzione permette all’utente di impostare il livello di potenza per

ogni singolo elemento riscaldante.

This function allows to the user to set the power level for each inductors.

RESIDUAL HEAT

Spia luminosa che indica che la piastra è ancora calda.

Warning light which indicates that the hotplate is still hot.

AUTOMATIC STOP

Questa sicurezza si attiva automaticamente se l’utente dimentica di spe-

gnere l’elemento riscaldante dopo la cottura. Nel caso in cui non ci siano

variazioni di potenza in un determinato periodo di tempo, la zona cottura

si spegne automaticamente

This function automatically activates itselfs if the user forgets to turn off the heating element after cooking. In the case of no power variations, taken place within a limited period of time, the cooking zone switches off automatically.

CHILD SAFETY LOCK

Premendo il simbolo con la chiave si attiva la funzione del blocco di sicu-

rezza, impedendo il funzionamento di qualsiasi funzione.

By simply pressing the key symbol, the Safety blocking feature is activated, preventing the operation of any function.

OWERFLOW SAFETY DEVICE

Sistema di sicurezza che pone tutte le piastre in posizione off ed inserisce

il safety lock in presenza di liquidi o di oggetti sulla zona comandi.

In the event of a wet hob surface, this security feature, switches off, blocking all hotplates.
