The EGYPS 2017 Opening Ceremony & Inauguration
This is the right and the ideal time to pump investment into Egypt to secure sustainability and progress in the latest discoveries and projects. EGYPS 2017 is launched in line with diverse and important developments and discoveries the Egyptian energy sector has been eyeing.
Egypt is currently accelerating all ongoing projects to bring all resources and discoveries together and on-stream as fast as possible. We are achieving self sufficiency of gas, hopefully, by the end of 2018. Hence, afterwards, by 2019 and beyond we will be able to restore our export facilities and resume the export of gas.
Hosting this important international event in Egypt sends a strong message that we are willing to build, develop and work with all in order to achieve mutual gains affirming our determination to resolve and overcome any difficulties faced by our investors and international partners.
