(三)毕业生签订《就业协议书》

备注:

根据各地就业主管部门的相关规定,对于接收单位属于北京、上海、广东(含深

圳)3 个省市的非当地生源毕业生,除签订就业协议书外还必须上报当地就业主

管部门审批。对于厦门地区的接收单位,需提醒单位在厦门人事网上申报备案。

用人单位或毕业生将审批表(函)交所在学校或学院(研究院),学校根据《就

业协议书》和审批表(函)制作就业方案并据此开具报到证。

毕业生与用人单位达成就业意向

毕业生在《就业协议书》上签署意见后,按单位要求将相关材料

(如《就业协议书》原件、推荐表原件等)交接收单位

(四)补办学生证(本科生)

备注:

1、需补办火车优惠卡的,学院经办人于领取学生证时提交《学生办理火车优惠

卡登记表》和缴纳补办优惠卡的费用 7 元/人。费用由学院补办学生证经办人提

前统一收取。

2、除学生证补办之外,学生证火车优惠磁条的充磁、乘车区间的修改等事项可

于工作日到相关校区的学生事务大厅办理。

3、家庭所在地确有变更事实的,必须有父母所在单位出具加盖公章的证明并经

学院审核、加盖公章后方可更改。

学期中每个月补办学生证登报缴费日前一天之前,学生通过登录学工系统

(网址:http://i.xmu.edu.cn),并在该系统下的学生证补办子系统中在线提交

申请,并向学院经办人提交登报挂失费(15 元/人)以及用于补办学生证的

一寸相片(彩色、无边框、人像清晰)

学院经办人在线审核通过学生申请后,于学期中每个月补办学生证登报缴费日

下午 14:30-17:00,向学生事务大厅统一提交登报挂失费(15 元/人)、《学生

证遗失补发审核表》(需打印加盖学院公章)以及补办学生证所需相片

(背面注明姓名、学院、学号)

学院经办人于登报缴费之日起 7 个工作日后,

从学生事务办理大厅领取学院当月补办的学生证(地点:颂恩楼一楼)

(五)补办学生证(研究生)

备注:

1、请通过学生处主页发布的补办研究生证通知查询当学期每月补办学生证的登

报缴费日。

2、需补办火车优惠卡的,领取研究生证时缴纳补办优惠卡的费用 7 元/人。

3、研究生证补办之外,研究生证火车优惠磁条的充磁、乘车区间的修改等事项

可于工作日到相关校区的学生事务大厅办理。

4、修改乘车区间的,需提供家庭所在地居委会出具的证明和学院出具的加盖公

章的证明。

(六)成绩单打印

学期中每个月补办研究生证登报缴费日(一般为当月的第一个星期日)下午

14:30-17:00,学生向学生事务办理大厅提交登报挂失费(15 元/人)、《厦门

大学研究生证补发申请表》(须提前加盖学院公章)、补办研究生证所需相片

(彩色、无边框、人像清晰,背面注明姓名、学院、学号)

(地点:颂恩楼一楼)

学生于登报缴费之日起 5 个工作日后,

从学生事务办理大厅领取补办的研究生证(地点:颂恩楼一楼)

携带本人校园卡前往学生事务办理大厅(颂恩楼一楼)自助打印

(七)研究生请假

备注:

1、请假病(事)假一周以内(含一周)由导师审批,学院备案。

2、请假(病)事假一周以上一个月以内(含一个月)经导师同意、系(中心)

分管领导提出意见、学院分管领导审批,学院备案。

3、请假期满返校后,要及时向教学秘书和辅导员报到,以便销假。否则,自假

满之日起,以旷课论处。

4、一学期累计请事(病)假超过一个月者,需办理休学手续。

5、研究生因课题研究或培养的需要须到外校进行科研活动或课程学习的请假可

不受一个月的限制。

6、请假事由必须真实,如发现有欺骗行为者,由学院进行批评教育,直至给与

纪律处分。

2、OA 拟稿注意事项:

(1)标题格式为《关于管理学院 XX(姓名)使用学术假赴 XX 国(国

家)XX 身份的请示》;

(2)上传附件:教研室及系(中心)负责人签署意见后的《使用学术假

申请表》扫描件、《出国研修计划表》、邀请信(需有外方负责人签字与

(七)院聘员工入职考察期

各部门在公开渠道发布人员招聘信息

在所有应聘人员中筛选符合条件人选,由本部门相关负责人进行初试。

根据初试结果挑选复试人选,由本部门负责人及学院相关领导进行复试。

确定拟聘员工

为对拟聘员工实际工作能力进行考察,在拟聘员工入职前应实行三个月的入

职考察,入职考察期从实际到岗之日起算。

(九)院聘员工在职管理

(十)院聘员工离职及解聘

院聘行政人员人事关系挂靠市人才中心,实行人事派遣制度,所有院聘行政

人员均以劳动合同形式确定与市人才中心和学院的用工关系,合同期为两年。

合同期限届满前一个月,所在部门需向员工发出书面通知,征求员工是否续

订劳动合同,且所在部门需进行考核并填报考核表,经分管院领导及人事副

院长批准后,由学院人事秘书办理续聘或解聘手续。

员工自动离职

秘书按学校要求审核材料的真实性和完整性后,提交学院领导签字后盖

章。并将所有材料扫描留存后,通知博士后办理后续相关手续。

所有出站材料提交校博管办前,需先找合作导师审核签字后,交到学院

秘书处(成枫楼 312 室)进行形式审核。

申请人进入中国博士后网,登录本人帐号,提交《博士后研究工作报告》,

填写并生成打印《博士后研究人员工作期满登记表》,提交网上申请。网

博士后按要求办理后续出站手续。
