I

摘 要

改革开放以来,随着中国经济的发展,中国涌现出一批成功的企业家。如

联想集团的柳传志、阿里巴巴的马云、海尔集团的张瑞敏、华为公司的任正

非、格力集团的董明珠等。然而,也有一些企业家在改革开放的浪潮中销声匿

迹,淡出商业舞台。在成功与失败并存的年代,外界环境的影响固然重要,但

是企业家因素特别是企业家心智因素显得更为重要。

企业家的成功与失败一直以来是管理学研究的一个重要课题。对于“为什

么有些企业家成功,有些企业家失败”这一问题,企业家精神论、企业家能力

论、愿景型领导理论以及企业家心智模式理论从不同视角进行了解释。企业家

精神论认为企业家成功是因为企业家具有冒险、创新、合作等精神;企业家能

力论认为企业家成功是因为企业家具备一系列能力;愿景型领导理论认为领导

的想法、价值观、认知模型、意志等因素会影响领导的愿景管理过程;企业家

心智模式理论认为企业家心智模式影响企业的战略决策。现有理论虽已认识到

企业家心智因素对企业家成功的影响,但未能系统地、全面地回答企业家心智

结构以及发展变化规律。为此,本研究致力于构建企业家超心智模式理论用以

描述企业家超心智模式结构和动态演化机制。

为了探究企业家超心智模式结构及其动态演化机制,本研究首先回顾了企

业家精神论、企业家能力论、愿景型领导理论和企业家心智模式理论,指出已

有研究的不足,以找到理论的空白点。其次,本研究阐述了构建企业家超心智

模式理论的必要性,解释为什么要提出企业家超心智模式理论。再次,本研究

综合哲学、心理学以及管理学等相关研究并结合本研究目的阐述情感、信念、

价值观、认知图式、情绪等企业家超心智模式五要素内涵。然后,基于企业家

超心智模式五要素的内涵,研究五要素之间的相互作用,阐述企业家超心智模

环境驱动的企业家超心智模式运动和情感驱动的企业家超心智模式自我运动两

种演化方式。 后,本研究采用单案例研究方法,以日本企业家稻盛和夫为案

例研究对象,阐释和检验本研究所提理论。

Abstract

Since reform and opening up, with China’s economic development, China has

emerged a group of successful entrepreneurs. For example, Lenovo founder Liu

Chuanzhi, Mayun of Alibaba, Zhang Ruimin of Haier Group, Ren Zhengfei of

Huawei Company, Dong Mingzhu of Gree Group. However, some entrepreneurs have

been faded out of the business in the wave of the country’s reform and opening up. In

the age of success and failure, though external environment factors are important,

entrepreneur’s factors especially entrepreneur’s mental factors appear more important.

Entrepreneurial success and failure have always been important issues in

management research. The Entrepreneurship Theory, the Entrepreneur Ability Theory,

the Visionary Leadership Theory and the Theory of Entrepreneur’s Mental Model

provided different answers to the question “Why some entrepreneurs succeed and

some not?” The Entrepreneurship theory assumes that entrepreneurs succeeded

because they have spirits of adventure, innovation and cooperation. The Entrepreneurs

Ability Theory assumes that entrepreneurs succeeded because they have many

abilities. The Visionary Leadership Theory assumes that some factors such as leader’s

ideas, values and cognition models would affect visionary management process. The

Theory of Entrepreneur’s Mental Model assumes that entrepreneur’s mental models

would affect the entrepreneur’s strategic decisions. Though many theories mentioned

that entrepreneur’s mental factors would have an influence on the entrepreneurial

success, they failed to systematically elaborate the structure of entrepreneur’s mental

and its development rules. Therefore, the research builds a theory of Entrepreneur’s

Meta-Mental Model to describe the structure of entrepreneur’s Meta-Mental Model

and its dynamic evolution process.

In order to explore the structure of Entrepreneur’s Meta-Mental Model and its

dynamic evolution process, the research first reviews the Entrepreneurship Theory,

the Entrepreneur Ability Theory, the Visionary Leadership Theory and the Theory of

Entrepreneur’s Mental Model, then points out the insufficiency in the previous study.

Second, the research describes the necessities of constructing the theory of

Entrepreneur Meta-Mental Model and explains reasons for developing the theory of

Entrepreneur Meta-Mental Model. Third, the study integrates the studies on

Philosophy, Psychology, Management and the purpose of this research to elaborate

connotations of five elements of the Entrepreneur Meta-Mental Model, including

feeling, belief, value, schema and emotion. The research then expounds the

interactions of the five elements and the static structure of Entrepreneur Meta-Mental

Model. Next, the research examines the dynamic evolution of the Entrepreneur Meta-

Mental Model: Environmental-Driven of Entrepreneur Meta-Mental Model evolution

and Feeling-Driven of Entrepreneur Meta-Mental Model evolution. Finally, the

research uses the single case study method and chooses Inamori Kazuo as case study

to interpret and test the theory model.
