SAP トランザクション使用状況の抽出

依頼の開始 SAP から結果レポートの送信

使用されているSAPトランザクション情報を本稼働システムから抽出します。

具体的には、ST03NワークロードモニターをExcelでダウンロードします。（この後のページで、ステップごとに説明します。）

申込みサイトから依頼をします。

質問（お客様氏名、社名、カスタマNo、インストレーションNo、SID等）に回答し、使用されている SAPトランザクションの一覧を添付します。

通常は 1週間くらいでに、 SAP が結果レポートを電子メールで送信されます。

または貴社担当営業経由でお渡しします。その場合プラスアルファリードタイムを頂戴します。

ステップ 1：本稼働システムでトランザクションST03N を開始

次のステップを実行してください。

本稼働中の SAP ERP システムにログオンし、トランザクション ST03N を呼び出します

注意点：

本書で説明するステップは、SAP ERP6.0 EHP6システムに基づいています。その他のリリースのシステムでは、画面が多少異なることがあります。


ステップ 2：ST03Nワークロードモニター・データ選択


左上のドロップダウンから［エキスパートモード］（1）を選択します。

［合計］（2）を開きます。（アプリケーションサーバーからの統計を含める意味。）

［月］（3）を開きます。

月を選択します（4）。

分析ビューで［トランザクションプロファイル］を開き、左下のナビゲーションメニューで［標準］（5）を選択します。

ステップ 3：スプレッドシートへのエクスポート


エクスポートボタンを押します（1）。

その後、を押した後、出てきた選択枝から［スプレッドシート］（2）を選択します。

ステップ 4：ポップアップでExcel形式を選択


ポップアップ上で、スプレッドシートの種類を選択します。

出来るだけExcel形式にてお願い致します。


ステップ 5：ローカル保存


ローカルへの保存をします。


ステップ６：スプレッドシートの中味確認と複数月繰返し取出し

（可能な限り会計〆処理、予算処理などを含んだ複数月ご用意下さい。ステップ２に戻って次の月の

ファイルをご用意下さい。）


Excelフィイルが作成されて居る事をご確認の上、複数月選択のためにステップ２に戻ってください。

重要：診断精度確保のために、なるべく会計〆処理月や予算処理を含んだ3ヶ月以上のデータの送付をお願い致します。


ステップ７：複数月ファイルまとめ


複数月のExcelデータ作成が終わったら、次のステップでアップロードするために１ファイル（ZIPなど）にまとめてください。

リクエスト画面操作方法

プロファイルを入力して下さい。他のお客様との混在を避けるために大変お手数ですが、システムID（3桁）、インストレーションNo、カスタマNoをお入れ下さい。

ST03Nで出力したデータをこちらでアップロード頂きます。 Drag＆Dropするか、「Browse」ボタンを押すとローカルファイルの選択画面になります。
