TO CREATE IMPACT
• The average energy consump*on per dwelling in the Netherlands in 1440 m3 natural gas and 3440 kWh of electricity (Nibud, 2015). 53 GJ per dwelling.
• RetrofiCng 10 % of housing stock to nZEB in 10 years (19,650 a year) will represent a saving of 1.04 PJ of fossil energy a year.
