Casgliadau Conclusion

Any language programme

must focus on action the

ground

Some of the community

activity that BT is doing

could be a valuable

template for future

intervention.

Legislation is not enough.

Rhaid i unrhyw rhaglen

iaith ganolbwyntio ar

fesurau ymarferol o fewn

cymunedau.

Gallai gweithgaredd

cymunedol BT fod yn

batrwm gwerthfawr ar

gyfer gwaith yn y dyfodol.

Ni fydd deddfwriaeth yn

ddigon.

Cnoi cil i gloi Food for thought

BT believes there are tangible

benefits to providing Welsh

language services and has

invested time and money into

providing these services.

However - we must ensure that

Welsh language services are

used by customers. BT has a

deepening concern that the

daily use of the Welsh

language in heartland

communities is declining.

Ym marn BT, mae buddion

gwirioneddol yn deillio o

ddarparu gwasanaethau

Cymraeg a dyna pam

mae’n buddsoddi arian ac

amser yn y gwasanaethau

hyn.

Fodd bynnag – rhaid

sicrhau bydd cwsmeriaid yn

defnyddio gwasanaethau

Cymraeg. Mae BT yn poeni

bod defnydd beunyddiol o’r

iaith yn gostwng o fewn

cadarnleoedd Cymraeg.
