Terms and conditions: Two hours of track time to be used on same day (not necessarily consecutively.)Track time slots assigned on a first paid, first served basis. BMF Pavilion does not include stand infrastructure costs (e.g. tents, etc.) and arrangements, this is to be borne by participating car brands however BMF can provide information of reputable suppliers on request or manage on your behalf for a fee.

VIP room rental for use of you and your guests Capacity: 100 guests Available from 10am – 6pm Includes refreshments: Tea, coffee and British teatime treats

Option 2: : Control Centre 1st floor, with direct access to paddock and actvities.

Option 1: Presidential area. Prime position with view of track and private access to stands. 50 guests maximum.

Option 3: Control Centre, Media Hall on 2nd Floor.

Option 4: Control Centre 3rd floor, with views of track and paddock

Pavilion Option A: RMB 10,000 10m x 5m space

Option B: RMB 5,000 10m x 5m space


BMF 2016 Showcase Package Car Package

Terms and conditions: Does not include stand infrastructure costs (e.g. tents, etc.) and arrangements, this is to be borne by participating car brands however BMF can provide information of reputable suppliers on request or manage on your behalf for a fee.

For the duration of Festival. Open: 10am – 6pm Set up time: 6am onwards on first day. Close down time: Evening of final day.
