1Instagram je pokrenut 2010.
godine, kao iPhone aplikacija. U
roku od samo mjesec dana,
sakupio je milijun korisnika.
2Filter koji “zarađuje” najviše
lajkova i komentara je Mayfair.

U travnju 2012. godine Facebook
je kupio Instagram za približno 1
milijardu dolara. U trenutku
prodaje, Instagram je brojao samo
13 zaposlenih.
5Android verzija aplikacije pokrenuta je 3.
travnja 2013. godine. U roku od 12h,
download-ovanInstagrama je milijun
puta.
6U srpnju 2013. godine, Instagram je
uveo opciju za upload-ovanje kratkih
video snimaka. Za samo 24h, upload-
ovano je 5 miliona video snimaka.
7Trenutno najpopularniji brendovi na
Instagramu su: National Geographic,
Nike i 9GAG.
468% korisnika Instagrama su
žene.
90% korisnika Instagrama čine
osobe mlađe od 35 godina.
