About The Hostel :

Way back in 1999 Somli Student Home

(SSH) started with an objective to provide secure

accommodation to students pursuing Engineering

at an affordable price by Engineers passed out

from CET, BBSR. The motto is to ensure a

hassle free hostel experience so that students can

devote maximum time towards studies with strict

discipline. Parents & students prefer our hostel

and most of them stay with us for entire four

years of their engineering studies. The Hostel

which started with a strength of 30 seats now

accommodates more than 160 students in four

Hostels. The hostel is being managed by a group

of engineers and is running with full capacity

since1999. More than 2100 satisfied students

have stayed in our Hostel. The hostels are well

equipped with all modern facilities required for a

comfortable stay. Presently all the hostels are

dedicated for CET students since 2010. Chairman & Mentors stay in same campus.

Our Vision and Mission: ‘Innovation & pursuit’ approach for excellence

and comfortable staying with humane touch.

Advisory/Executive Board Members Eminent personalities are our patrons and well

wishers. The advisory Board consists of eminent

persons, Professors/engineers and Doctors. Many

of them have more than 30 years of experience

in various fields.

Fully furnished rooms with cot, table, chair,

cupboard, bed mattress, bed sheets, pillow, light,

fan, plug points etc. for each students.

Inverter, TV, Aquaguard at common spaces

Cleaning & Maintenance : Regular cleaning &

maintenance of rooms, surroundings, toilets, all

electrical, PHD, carpentry, civil installations.

Transportation by CET college Bus

Main features of Hostel : Strict Rules Drugs/Alcohol/Gutka/Pan/Smoking or any kind

of addiction are strictly prohibited.

Academic Session : (2019-20)

(2 semesters or maximum up to 15/7/2020)

Room Rent for 2019-20 (for available rooms)

# Rent of Room -12A- B in Hostel-2 is Rs 26,000/- per bed

Room 18-21 in hostel-2 has asbestos roofing & false ceiling.

Booking : Rs.10,600/- (non refundable) (Balance before 25

th Aug. 2018)

In addition to above : a. Caution Money: Rs 10,000.00 (Refundable)

b. Electricity charges : as per actual monthly use

divided among students of the room.

c. Mess (optional) @ Rs 55.00 per meal to be

paid monthly as per actual basis.
