    RECRUITMENT & SELECTION

    Undertaking joining formalities of new joiners. Issuing offer letter, appointment letters and providing induction to the new employees. Providing companys basic background information and reporting hierarchy to new Joiners. Documentation of all new appointments.

    Collect the Overtime details from Intranet and process with salary Employees addition & deletion on monthly basis

    Experienced in Recruitment, MIS, Employee relations, Joining & exit formalities, Appraisal process, payroll,statutory areas (PF, PT, ESI, IT& TDS), Designing CTC & Salary breakup and general admin related areas.

    Calculate the Travel Expenses for employees reimbursement Debit the salary advance / loan / mobile bill / education advance & other advances Monitoring payroll and designing CTC with break-up of Gross salary Preparing summery of new joinees and resigned employees. Delivering Pay-slips with all statutory deductions & preparing Summary of Pay-slips including

    leave calculations. P.T., P.F., E.S.I., - Calculations, remittances, filings - i.e., - payment challans, monthly/annual

    returns & PF transfer / settlement forms.

    Manage employee queries with regard to their deductions, settlements and supporting theirrequirements.

    Calculating Employees taxes, considering exemptions, savings & deducting TDS in pay slips &issuing Form 16

    Helping the team members in collecting documents from the employees for Income Taxpurpose.

    Report Generation of Loss Of pay List, checklist of Attendance, Payroll Statement, CTC Report,Cash Payments, etc.

    MIS

    Complete MIS of employees, MIS of resume receive through Job Posting, from consultants,referrals etc.

    Keep record of every employees personal file including qualification certificates, relieving letterof previous employer, a copy of appointment letter, application blank etc.

    Maintain daily interview status, recruitment report, joining report, and manpower list and organgram of the Group.

    EMPLOYEE RELATION & RETENTION

    Maintain Relation with the employees. Handling employees queries and grievances. Coordinating with management regarding employee issues. Preparing different Reward systems to boosts and encourages employees. Arranging the Birthday party or any event into the office. Issuance of notice/circular into the office. Take care of House-keeping activities into the office. Work as a mediator between different departments for smooth functioning.

    EXIT FORMALITIES

    Ensuring clearance from all departments. Verification of Clearance form. Exit Interview. Managing de-activation of the Email Ids. Full and Final Settlement
