Our kitchen is neat and compact and we have a separate dining room which opens into our sun room; the perfect spot to enjoy our morning coffee or afternoon tea. Two of our reception rooms we refer to

as our ‘craft rooms’ and we both enjoy the luxury of being able to pursue our own

individual hobbies. It is such a bright and sunny house and one in which we have

enjoyed many parties over the years with family and friends which are always a

is available. The area is noted for its comprehensive range of both state and independent school, all within easy reach. Newbury Racecourse is very close and one of the things to be enjoyed is walking along

the towpath of the Kennet and Avon Canal which runs through the town. Major road links are close by and the rail journey time from Newbury to Paddington is fifty minutes. We have so enjoyed living in this

beautiful family home in its fabulous location, and will miss many things, especially the friendly neighbourhood.”
