I 、 Company introduction Beijing Weibo Haitai Biotechnology Company(WBHT) devoted t

o comsumer products raw material and technology innovation. mainly in the area of health food, dietary supplement and cosmetics product.

Currently, WBHT has developed two technology platforms: Freeze dried forming technology (I-SOL technology) and disolvable microneedle technology.

Also, WBHT developed numerous raw material for both food and cosmetic industries, including: phyto SOD, Phyto lysozyme, Phyto peroxydase and various functional cosmetic herbal extracts, such as whitening and lipid dissolvant.

WBHT applied more than 30 patents since its establishment, 5 of them has already been granted domestic patents. And every year WBHT is applying around 10 to 15 new patents on formulation, process, packaging and devices.

WBHT has developed 6 main formulations for :anti-aging, whitening, anti-acne, scars, eye bags and dark eye circles.

WBHT won 3rd price of 2012 China Innovation and Enterpreniership competetion organised by the ministry of Science and Technology.

Beijing Weibo Haitai Biotechnology Company(WBHT) was founded in Beijing shunyi district airport industrial zone On November 3 of 2009..In May 2010, the first phase production line was put into use at WHBT

From January 2011, WBHTdevelopment 6 series, 18 varieties of functional cosmetics , 21 natural foods and beverages, and 8 nutritional supplements products.

In October 2012, second phase manufacture was established, rise 10 folds of the manufacture capacity

In November 2012, dissolable microneedle technology platform was established

On December 7th, 2009, Beijing Weibo Haitai Biotechnology Company was awarded the nutrition industry contribution award by the Public Nutrition and Development Center, National development and reform commission (NDRC).

On November 25th ,2012, Beijing Weibo Haitai Biotechnology Company awarded China national nutrition industry leading technology award by Nation Public Nutrition Improvement Project Office, State Concil

In December 2012, Beijing Weibo Haitai Biotechnology Company participate inthe first China innovation entrepreneurship competition and won the third price.

In June 2013, Beijing Weibo Haitai Biotechnology Company was formally awarded the start-up fund of LongCheng talent plan.

n 1 、 I-SOL technology: New Freeze-dried forming technology

Freeze-dried forming technology is by dosing a fluid that contains the adhesive, liquid, solid or mixture into preformed molding, then by the process of freezing and freeze drying to forming a certain shape, then packaged into special package

• WBHT's I - sol technology is derived from a core Orally Disintegrating Tablet(ODT) technology in the pharmaceutical industry, then innovatively applied into the cosmetic industry, and thus solve two urgent need of cosmetics industry: efficacy and safety.

Freeze dried forming technology to solve the contradiction of "stability" Vs. "activity"

• Traditional skin care products is difficult to achieve "stability" and "activity"

– Active ingredients are not stable: skincare functional ingredients generally is highly active, means they are not stable when exposed to a environment of oxygen or heating. Proteins, peptides and enzymes are highly active and less stable compared to conventional skincare functional ingredients , SOD, for example, will be completely deactivated after a few minutes of air exposure.

– Eliminate the usage of surfactant, preservative and suspending agent.

• Freeze-drying technology solved the contradiction between "stable" Vs. "activity"

• Li Hewei is chairman and CEO of Beijing Weibo Haitai Biotechnology company, he is also the head of research and development center. He has Chinese materia medica, pharmacy and other professional background, engaged in freeze-dried forming technology for more than ten years. WBHT R&D center has 13 scientists and several auxiliary research and development personnel. The majority of research staff has bachelor degree or above, and major in pharmaceutical related areas.WBHTengaged in many different fields to realise the technology platforms, such as: formulation, process optimization, industrialization, production line design and core equipments manufacture.
