system quantifies changes in length, width, and

defects necessary. The point system uses changes
in comparative inspection to determine the

A variety of devices, including buzzers, labelers, printers, inkjet markers, and the l ike, can be selected for post-inspection defect output. Output can also be fitted to defect levels (warning levels or judgment levels). Labeled defect images a re a lways s tored , increasing inspection work efficiency.
Inspection results are grouped, critical defects selected and displayed based on their priority, and label output is performed. More powerful traceability is offered by the BCON3000 series ability to rapidly process and store high volumes of defect image data. (20 images / second)
