Trm Bin p 110KV ng Hi c xy dng v a vo vn hnh t thng 11 nm 1989, ly ngun t Trm bin p truyn ti 220/110 KV ng Hi (E1). Trm c nhim v cp in cho Thnh ph ng Hi - trung tm chnh tr, kinh t, vn ha, x hi ca Tnh Qung Bnh, ngoi ra Trm cn cung cp in cho cc vng ln cn Thnh ph ng Hi. Trm bin p 110 KV ng Hi l trm cp ngun v cng quan trng cung cp hn 1/2 sn lng in ca ton Tnh Qung Bnh. T khi c xy dng cho n nm 2006-TBA 110kV ng Hi trc thuc in lc Qung Bnh, Cng ty in lc Min Trung. T thng 3 nm 2006 Cng ty in lc Min Trung thnh lp X nghip in cao th Min Trung (nay l Cng ty li in cao th Min Trung), t n nay Trm 110 kV ng Hi trc thuc Chi nhnh in cao th Qung Bnh, Cty LCTMT, Tng Cng ty in lc Min Trung. Nhim v chnh ca Trm 110 kV ng Hi l qun l thit b, vn hnh 2 MBA T1,T2 theo phng thc ca cc cp iu , phc v cp in cho cc ph ti cp in p 35 kV, 22 kV nhm cung cp cho ton b ph ti ca Thnh ph ng Hi v cc vng ln cn.II.PH TI CC CP IN P: Pha 35 kV gm c cc xut tuyn:

+ Xut tuyn 371 cp in cho Nam Qung Bnh.

+ Xut tuyn 372 cp in cho Bc Qung Bnh.+ Xut tuyn 374 cp in cho i pht thanh.

+ Xut tuyn 373 dng d phng. Pha 22 kV gm c cc xut tuyn:

+ Xut tuyn 471 cp in cho Hi Thnh.+ Xut tuyn 472 cp in cho Trung Ngha.+ Xut tuyn 473 cp in cho Bo Ninh.+ Xut tuyn 474 cp in cho ng M.+ Xut tuyn 475 cp in cho Thun c.+ Xut tuyn 476 cp in cho Quang Ph.+ Xut tuyn 442 dng cung cp cho t dng TD42.III.NHIM V NHN VIN QUN L VN HNH:

1. Nhim v chung:

1.1. Tt c CBCNV QLVH TBA 110kV ng Hi c chung nhim v sau y:

- Chp hnh lnh ch huy iu ca cc cp iu (theo quyn iu khin).

- Thng xuyn theo di v kim tra thit b thuc quyn qun l ca trm, m bo vic vn hnh an ton, lin tc, khng xy ra cc s c ch quan, x l cc s c kp thi v ng quy trnh.

- Bo co vi Lnh o Trm, Lnh o X nghip v cc cp iu tng ng v cc vn vn hnh thit b trong trm. Cung cp s liu theo yu cu ca cc cp iu .

- Nm vng s , thng s k thut, ch vn hnh ca thit b trong trm.

- T gic v nghim chnh chp hnh k lut lao ng, k lut sn xut, cc quy trnh, quy phm v k thut vn hnh, k thut an ton v phng chy cha chy, phng chng chy n, phng chng bo lt.

- Khng ngng nng cao cht lng cng tc qun l vn hnh v hiu qu ca cng vic. Pht huy sng kin ci tin k thut cng tc qun l vn hnh ngy cng hiu qu.

1.2. Cc nhn vin trm bin p phi hiu k, nm vng kin thc:

1. V thit b:

Nm c cu to, nguyn l lm vic v thng s vn hnh ca cc thit b trong trm nh: my bin p, my ct, dao cch ly, my bin in p (TU); h thng rle bo v, thng s chnh nh v phm vi bo v, h thng thng tin lin lc, h thng bo v rle v t ng ... v tr lp t ca cc thit b.

2. V s :

Hiu r s ni dy chnh, s in t dng ca trm v s hiu tn cc thit b. Hiu v nm vng bn v nh th ca trm.

3. V ni quy, quy trnh - quy phm:

- Nm v hiu r cc Quy trnh vn hnh v bo dng cc trang thit b trong trm, h thng bo v, h thng thng tin lin lc, h thng t ng ha trong trm ...

- Chp hnh nghim chnh cc quy trnh - quy phm thit b do B, Tng Cng ty, Cng ty, X nghip ban hnh v ang c hiu lc.

- S dng thnh tho cc trang thit b lm vic, bo h lao ng, phng chy cha chy trong trm.

1.3. Tt c CBCNV trc tip qun l vn hnh TBA cn phi bo m cc iu kin sau:

- Phi c kim tra sc khe v c sc khe lm vic, trong qu trnh cng tc phi c khm sc khe nh k mi nm 1 ln.

- c o to v kim tra t yu cu i vi tng v tr cng vic. i vi nhn vin trc chnh phi c kim tra v c quyt nh cng nhn chc danh ca Cng ty.

- c t chc hc tp cc quy phm, quy trnh vn hnh, quy trnh k thut an ton v nh k kim tra kin thc.

+ 6 thng mt ln i vi cc quy trnh vn hnh.

+ 3 thng mt ln i vi quy trnh k thut an ton.

1.4. Nghim cm dn ngi l mt, ngi khng c nhim v vo trm. i vi nhng ngi vo tham quan, thc tp phi c giy gii thiu ca Lnh o Cng ty.

1.5. Tt c cc CBCNV trc tip qun l vn hnh ti TBA phi c trch nhim lu gi, bo qun ti liu k thut, quy trnh vn hnh, cc h s s sch biu mu lin quan n cng tc qun l vn hnh ca trm. Tuyt i khng cho mn cc ti liu, quy trnh, s sch biu mu nu trn ra khi trm khi cha c kin ca Trm trng. 2. Nhim v chung ca nhn vin vn hnh:

2.1. Nhn vin vn hnh trm bin p bao gm trc chnh v trc ph l ngi trc tip theo di, kim tra thit b, bo m thit b lun lm vic an ton v tin cy. Trc tip thao tc vn hnh v x l s c theo lnh ch huy iu cp trn (theo phn cp), thc hin ng cc iu quy nh trong quy trnh v bo co cho Lnh o n v v cc cp iu bit nhng thng tin cn thit trong ca trc ca mnh. 2.2. Nhn vin vn hnh c nhim v thi hnh chnh xc, khng chm tr v khng bn ci lnh ch huy iu ca nhn vin vn hnh cp trn, tr nhng lnh nguy hi n ngi hoc thit b th c php cha thc hin.

Nu khng c l do chnh ng v an ton m tr hon thc hin lnh ch huy iu ca nhn vin vn hnh cp trn th nhn vin vn hnh trm gy ra s tr hon phi chu hon ton trch nhim v hu qu xy ra.

2.3. Nhn vin vn hnh ti TBA 110kV lm vic theo ch ca, kp theo lch phn ca c Trm trng duyt.

- Mi ca trc phi c hai ngi tr ln.

- Lch i ca phi c treo phng iu khin.

- Khi c s thay i ca gia cc nhn vin vn hnh, phi c s ng ca Trm trng. Trm trng phi bo cho ngi lin quan t nht trc 24 gi v phi b tr ngi thay th c cng chc danh.

2.4. Trong thi gian trc ca, nhn vin vn hnh phi:

- Thc hin so v chnh gi thng nht vi cc cp iu .

- Nu r tn v chc danh trong mi lin h (A3 v B35). Ni dung lin h phi c ghi chp y vo s nht k vn hnh theo trnh t thi gian.

- Ghi chp mi mnh lnh khi thao tc vn hnh v x l s c ca ti cc cp iu v cc n v thao tc, x l s c.

- Khi xy ra s c, hin tng bt thng trong ca trc ca mnh, nhn vin vn hnh phi thc hin ng cc iu quy nh trong quy trnh x l s c HT Quc gia hin hnh v bo co nhng thng tin cn thit cho Lnh o n v v iu cp trn bit (theo phn cp).

- Lm vic hai ca lin tc. Trong khi trc ca khng c ung ru, bia, s dng cc cht kch thch khc b nghim cm.

- B v tr trong lc trc ca hoc ht gi trc ca nhng cha c ngi n nhn ca. Khi khng c ngi n thay ca, nhn vin vn hnh phi bo co vi ngi xp lch, Lnh o trc tip bit b tr ngi khc thay th m bo thi gian ko di ca trc khng qu 04 gi.

- Cho ngi khng c nhim v vo v tr vn hnh khi cha c php ca Lnh o n v, Trm trng.

- Lm vic ring trong gi trc ca. 3. i vi nhn vin trc chnh: Trc chnh l ngi chu trch nhim chnh trong ca trc i vi mi thit b ca trm, trc tip ch huy thao tc vn hnh, x l s c theo mnh lnh thao tc ca cc cp iu cp trn v theo ng quy trnh vn hnh, quy trnh x l s c trm. Trc chnh phi c bc an ton thp nht l bc 4. 3.1.Nhim v ca trc chnh- Thng xuyn theo di v kim tra thit b thuc quyn qun l ca trm trong ca trc ca mnh, m bo vic vn hnh an ton, lin tc, khng xy ra cc s c ch quan, x l cc s c kp thi v ng quy trnh.

- Nm vng s , thng s k thut, ch vn hnh ca thit b trong trm.

- Chp hnh lnh ch huy iu ca cc cp iu (theo quyn iu khin).

- Trc tip ch huy thao tc vn hnh trm ng quy trnh vn hnh, quy trnh x l s c ca trm v theo s ch huy iu ca iu cp trn.

- Bo co y , chnh xc cc s liu, thng s vn hnh v tnh hnh vn hnh thit vi cc cp iu theo phn cp, Trm trng v Lnh o Cng ty.

3.2. Nhim v ca trc chnh khi thc hin cng tc ch huy thao tc cc thit b trong trm.- Trc tip nghe, nhn lnh ch huy iu ca cc cp iu (theo phn cp), vit phiu thao tc sau kim tra li ni dung thao tc theo s . Nu cha r phi hi li ngi ra lnh.

- Gii thch r ni dung cng vic, trnh t thao tc cho trc ph v cc bin php an ton khi thao tc.

- Khi thao tc, trc chnh c to tng lnh thao tc ghi trong phiu cho trc ph, trc ph phi nhc li lnh, nu ng mi cho php thao tc.

- Trong khi thao tc, nu thy nghi ng g v ng tc va lm th phi ngng ngay cng vic kim tra li ton b ri mi tip tc tin hnh.

- Nu thao tc sai hoc gy s c th trc chnh phi cho ngng ngay phiu thao tc v bo co cho iu vin cp trn ra lnh bit. Vic thc hin tip thao tc phi c tin hnh theo mnh lnh mi.

- Nhim v thao tc ch c coi l hon thnh khi thc hin xong trnh t cc thao tc, trc chnh c nhim v bo co kt qu cng vic cho ngi ra lnh ch huy trc tip bit v c ngi ra lnh chp nhn.

3.3. Trc chnh l ngi trc tip theo di thit b sau:

- Tt c cc thit b chnh trong trm nh: Cc MBA lc, MC, DCL, TU, TI trong trm.

- Cc trang b iu khin, bo v rle, thng tin lin lc v t ng ha trong trm.

3.4. Trc chnh l ngi trc tip qun l v ghi chp s sch vn hnh sau:

- S nht k vn hnh.

- S ghi mnh lnh ca iu .

- S theo di thit b r le bo v.

- S theo di vn hnh cc thit b chnh (MBA, MC, DCL,...).

3.5. Khi xy ra s c, hin tng bt thng trong ca trc ca mnh, trc chnh phi thc hin ng cc iu quy nh trong quy trnh vn hnh v quy trnh x l s c ca trm v bo co nhng thng tin cn thit cho Lnh o n v v iu cp trn bit (theo phn cp).

- Trng hp s c khn cp v khng th tr hon c (chy hoc c nguy c e do n tnh mng con ngi v an ton thit b) trm in cho php nhn vin trc chnh tin hnh thao tc theo quy trnh m khng phi xin php nhn vin vn hnh cp trn v phi chu trch nhim v thao tc x l s c ca mnh. Sau khi x l xong phi bo co ngay cho nhn vin vn hnh cp trn c quyn iu khin cc thit b ny.

3.6. Khi c n v bn ngoi vo trm cng tc, trc chnh c nhim v:

- Kim tra phiu cng tc, s lng v bc an ton ca nhn vin n v cng tc nh ghi trong phiu.

- Thc hin cc bin php m bo an ton trc khi tin hnh bn giao hin trng cho n v cng tc ng thi phi thc hin nhng vic sau:

+ Ch cho ton n v cng tc thy ni lm vic, chng minh l khng cn in cc phn c cch in v ni t.

+ Ch dn cho ton n v cng tc bit nhng phn cn mang in xung quanh ni lm vic, cc bin php an ton b sung trong qu trnh cng tc.

- Bn giao hin trng cho n v cng tc.

- Khi kt thc ton b cng vic, trc chnh phi tin hnh:

+ Kim tra vic thu dn, v sinh ch lm vic.

+ Nghim thu cht lng ton b cng vic m n v cng tc thc hin.

+ Kim tra khng cn ngi ti ni cng tc, tho ht tip a v cc bin php an ton do n v cng tc lm b sung.

+ Thu hi v kha phiu cng tc.

+ Bo cho cc cp iu cp trn vic kt thc cng tc v thc hin thao tc ng in cho thit b 4.i vi nhn vin trc ph:Trc ph l ngi trc tip thao tc cc thit b trong trm theo lnh thao tc ca trc chnh v di s gim st trc tip ca trc chnh. Phi hp thc hin cc bin php an ton cho cc i cng tc, ghi chp nh k cc thng s vn hnh v v sinh cng nghip trc khi giao ca.

Trc ph phi c bc an ton thp nht l bc 3.

4.1. Nhim v ca trc ph: - Thng xuyn theo di v kim tra thit b trm trong ca trc ca mnh, m bo thit b vn hnh an ton, lin tc, pht hin v bo trc chnh x l kp thi, khng xy ra cc s c ch quan.

- Nm vng s , thng s k thut, ch vn hnh ca thit b trong trm.

- Chp hnh lnh ch huy thao tc ca trc chnh v ch c thao tc di s gim st trc tip ca trc chnh.

- Khi tin hnh thao tc, phi thc hin cc yu cu sau:

+ m bo y cc trang b an ton, bo h lao ng theo ng quy nh trong quy trnh k thut an ton in nh: gng tay, ng cch in, m, qun o bo h v dng c thao tc...

+ Phi hiu r mc ch, ni dung cng vic v trnh t thao tc thit b, nu khng hiu hoc nghi ng phi yu cu trc chnh ch r, gii thch k trc khi thao tc.

+ Kim tra, xc nh chnh xc i tng cn thao tc theo ng yu cu lnh thao tc ca trc chnh.

+ Khi trc chnh c lnh thao tc, phi nhc li lnh, nu trc chnh xc nhn ng lnh mi c thao tc.

+ Vic thao tc thit b phi dt khot, nu thy nghi ng lnh thao tc khng ng theo quy trnh th yu cu trc chnh kim tra li lnh thao tc v ch thc hin khi tin hnh kim tra chnh xc ni dung v trnh t thao tc theo s vn hnh hin ti.

+ Trng hp thao tc c nguy c e da n tnh mng con ngi v thit b th c quyn t chi thao tc vi trc chnh v bo co vi i Trng, Lnh o X nghip v phi chu trch nhim v vic t chi thao tc ca mnh.

4.2. Trc ph chu trch nhim theo di vn hnh cc thit b sau:

- My bin p t dng, h thng in t dng ton trm.

+ Cc ng h o m.

+ H thng sc, np c quy ca trm.

+ Thit b PCCC, cc dng c thit b thao tc, sa cha.

- Ngoi ra, trc ph cn chu trch nhim theo di vn hnh cc thit b khc trong trm theo s phn cng c th ca Trng trm.

4.3. Trc ph l ngi trc tip qun l v ghi chp s sch vn hnh sau:

- S ghi thng s vn hnh.

+ S theo di vn hnh h thng c quy, t sc.

+ S ghi ch s cng t, sn lng nhn, giao ca trm.

4.4. Khi c n v bn ngoi vo trm cng tc,trc ph c nhim v: - Thc hin cc bin php m bo an ton trc khi tin hnh bn giao hin trng cho n v cng tc ng thi phi thc hin nhng vic sau:

+ Ch cho ton n v cng tc thy ni lm vic, chng minh l khng cn in cc phn c cch in v ni t.

+ Ch dn cho ton n v cng tc bit nhng phn cn mang in xung quanh ni lm vic, cc bin php an ton b sung trong qu trnh cng tc.

- Bn giao hin trng cho n v cng tc.

- Khi kt thc ton b cng vic, trc ph phi hp vi trc chnh tin hnh:

+ Kim tra vic thu dn, v sinh ch lm vic.

+ Nghim thu cht lng ton b cng vic m n v cng tc thc hin.

+ Kim tra khng cn ngi ti ni cng tc, tho ht tip a v cc bin php an ton do n v cng tc lm b sung.

2. B iu p: a.i vi b iu p my bin p T1 B iu p di ti bao gm cc phn chnh sau: Cng tc chuyn mch, b chn u phn p v c cu truyn ng. T hp cng tc chuyn mch c t trong mt thng du ring (khng chung vi du trong thng du chnh ca my bin p) v ni thng vi bnh du ph ca n.

Hnh 1 : S u dy b OLTCHnh 2 : MBA v b OLTC chn khng loi VV

B OLTC loi VVIII250Y-76-4019W ca hng MR (Cng ho lin bang c) sn xut l b iu p dng thit b i ni hn ch dng in bng in tr i xng, b cng tc K (cng tc chuyn mch) loi chn khng v lp t pha trung tnh 110kV ca MBA theo kiu chn nc c dao o cc (xem hnh 2 v 3). B OLTC gm 19 np vi mc iu chnh 1,78% mi nc, in p tng ti a nc s 1, in p gim ti thiu nc 19, nc s 10 mang in p nh mc (T nc 1 n nc 9 dao la chn O s ng vo u dng (+) ca b iu p, t nc 11 n nc 19 dao la chn O s ng vo u m (-) ca b iu p).

Cu to chnh ca b iu p di ti bng in tr gm c: in tr hn ch dng in v cc tip im cng tct. in tr c dng trong mch hn ch dng in ngn mch v tr trung gian, cn v tr lm vic n c mc sun hay h mch. iu ny cho php tnh ton in tr theo ti trong thi gian vi giy v bo m vic thc hin bng c cu tc ng nhanh nh truyn ng l xo tc ng ng m tip im cng tc t.

Trong qu trnh b iu p di ti hat ng, s pht sinh h quang ti cc u cc Cng tc K (contactor); trnh nhim bn du cch in trong my bin p, b Cng tc K c t trong mt ngn ring bit, lp bn ngoi bnh du chnh MBA v cch ly vi ton b cc phn cn li ca my bin p. B phn chn nc b tr ngay bn ngoi ngn Cng tc K (xem hnh 1 v 2), bao gm cc dao la chn v mt dao o cc c t chung trong thng du chnh ca my bin p.

B OLTC c iu khin v kim sot nh thit b t ng iu chnh kiu KVGC ca ALSTOM c t ti t iu khin t xa trong phng iu khin, t ng thay i nc phn p iu chnh in p ph hp mi loi c tnh ph ti.

Thao tc iu khin tng/gim b iu p di ti c thc hin bng cc cch thc sau:

- T ng thng qua thit b t ng iu chnh in p (B iu chnh kiu KVGC ca ALSTOM c t ti t iu khin t xa trong phng iu khin).

- Bng in t kha (RAISE/LOWER) iu khin t xa trong phng iu khin.

- Bng in t kha (RAISE/LOWER) iu khin ti ch (ti t iu khin OLTC gn bn hng MBA).

- Bng cn quay tay (ti t iu khin OLTC).

Thao tc iu p di ti bng tay ti ch (cn thao tc) c thc hin trong kim tra hiu chnh v trong trng hp MBA khng mang in.

Ch c tin hnh thao tc iu p di ti bng tay ti ch c in khi:

- Mch iu khin b s c khng th thao tc ti phng iu khin.

- Ct p t mt cp ngun cho ng c ca c cu truyn ng.

- Kim tra bng mt, chc chn b truyn ng khng b kt c kh hay c cc li c kh khc.

- c s ng ca iu vin A3. b.i vi b iu p ca my bin p T2 B iu p di ti bao gm cc phn chnh sau: Cng tc chuyn mch, b chn u phn p v c cu truyn ng. T hp cng tc chuyn mch c t trong mt thng du ring (khng chung vi du trong thng du chnh ca my bin p) v ni thng vi bnh du ph ca n.

B OLTC loi VIII200Y-76-4019W ca hng MR (Cng ho lin bang c) sn xut l b iu p dng thit b i ni hn ch dng in bng in tr i xng, b cng tc K (cng tc chuyn mch) loi du v lp t pha trung tnh 110kV ca MBA theo kiu chn nc c dao o cc (xem hnh3 v 4). B OLTC gm 19 np vi mc iu chnh 1,78% mi nc, in p tng ti a nc s 1, in p gim ti thiu nc 19, nc s 10 mang in p nh mc (T nc 1 n nc 9 dao la chn O s ng vo u dng (+) ca b iu p, t nc 11 n nc 19 dao la chn O s ng vo u m (-) ca b iu p).

Cu to chnh ca b iu p di ti bng in tr gm c: in tr hn ch dng in (02 in tr cho mt pha) v cc tip im cngtct. in tr c dng trong mch hn ch dng in v tr trung gian, cn v tr lm vic n c mc sun hay h mch. iu ny cho php tnh ton in tr theo ti trong thi gian vi giy v bo m vic thc hin bng c cu tc ng nhanh nh truyn ng l xo tc ng ng m tip im cngtct.

Trong qu trnh b iu p di ti hat ng, s pht sinh h quang ti cc u cc Cng tc K (contactor), trnh nhim bn du cch in trong my bin p, b Cng tc K c t trong mt ngn ring bit, cch ly vi ton b cc phn cn li ca my bin p. B phn chn nc b tr ngay bn ngoi ngn Cng tc K (xem hnh 3, 4), bao gm cc dao la chn v mt dao o cc c t chung trong thng du chnh ca my bin p.

B OLTC c iu khin v kim sot nh thit b t ng iu chnh kiu SPAU 314C1 c t ti t iu khin t xa trong phng iu khin, t ng thay i nc phn p iu chnh in p ph hp mi loi c tnh ph ti.

Trc khi a thit b iu p di ti vo vn hnh, cn phi kim tra cc ni dung sau:

- Thc hin mt s ln thao tc bng tay b iu p kim tra chc nng c kh ca b chuyn nc. Trong qu trnh thao tc, kim tra hin th v tr trn b truyn ng m t v trn b chuyn nc (qua knh kim tra) phi ging nhau ti tt c cc v tr.

- Kim tra chuyn mch t ng ca b chuyn nc phn p. B chuyn nc phn p lm vic ng khi chuyn mch t ng khng hot ng c hai v tr u v cui (nc phn p s 1 v nc s 19).

Thao tc iu khin tng/gim b iu p di ti c thc hin bng cc cch thc sau:

- T ng thng qua thit b t ng iu chnh in p t ti t iu khin t xa trong phng iu khin.

- Bng in t kha (RAISE/LOWER) iu khin t xa trong phng iu khin.

- Bng in t kha (RAISE/LOWER) iu khin ti ch (ti t iu khin OLTC gn bn hng MBA).

- Bng cn quay tay (ti t iu khin OLTC).

Thao tc iu p di ti bng tay ti ch (cn thao tc) c thc hin trong kim tra hiu chnh v trong trng hp MBA khng mang in.

Ch c tin hnh thao tc iu p di ti bng tay ti ch c in khi:

- Mch iu khin b s c khng th thao tc ti phng iu khin.

- Ct p t mt cp ngun cho ng c ca c cu truyn ng.

- Kim tra bng mt, chc chn b truyn ng khng b kt c kh hay c cc li c kh khc.

Qu trnh lm vic chuyn mch 1 nc phn p ca b iu p di ti tc ng nhanh dng in tr hn ch dng t mt nc phn p n (v d nc 1) v mt nc phn p mi n+1(v d nc 2) ch ra trong hnh 7.

1. v tr lm vic ca nc phn p n, dao la chn MTS, TTS ang tip vo nc n, cc tip im cng tc t MSV, TTV u ng, xem hnh 7.1. Dng in ph ti chy theo mch t u nc phn p n cng tc la chn MTS cng tc t MSV cng tc trt STC. Mt phn nh dng in khp mch qua cng tc la chn TTS cng tc t TSV cng tc trt STC.

2. Khi chuyn mch t nc n sang nc n+1, qu trnh chuyn mch bt u bng vic dao la chn TTS tch khi nc c n (hnh 7.2) (lc ny cng tc t TTV vn ng), sau cng tc t TTV ct (hnh 7.3). Lc ny dng in ph ti vn chy theo mch c t u nc phn p n cng tc la chn MTS cng tc t MSV cng tc trt STC.

3. Sau khi dao la chn TTS tip vo nc n +1 (hnh 7.4), cng tc t TTV ng li (hnh 7.5). Lc ny dng in ph ti vn khp mch t u nc phn p n cng tc la chn MTS cng tc t MSV cng tc trt STC. ng thi c mt dng in qun Ic chy vng trong mch nc phn p n cng tc la chn MTS cng tc t MSV cng tc trt STC cng tc t TSV cng tc la chn TTS nc phn p n+1 nc phn p n.

4. Tip n cng tc t MSV ct (hnh 7.6), dng in ph ti khp mch t nc phn p n+1 qua cng tc la chn TTS cng tc t TSV cng tc trt STC.

5. Sau cng tc la chn MTS tch ri khi nc phn p n (hnh 7.7) v tip vo nc phn p n+1 (hnh 7.8). Lc ny cng tc t MSV vn ct, dng in ph ti vn khp t nc phn p n+1 qua cng tc la chn TTS cng tc t TSV cng tc trt STC.

6. Cui cng cng tc t MSV ng li (hnh 7.9), dng n ph ti ch yu khp mch qua nc phn p n +1 cng tc la chn MTS cng tc t MSV cng tc trt STC. Qu trnh chuyn nc kt thc.

3. S lc v h thng lm mt mt bin p.a.H thng lm mt my bin p T1 -B tn nhit:+ Phng php lm mt ca MBA l s lu thng du, gi t nhin (ONAN) v lm mt cng bc bng qut gi (ONAF). Thit b lm mt l h thng tn nhit kiu dn l c th tho ri thun tin cho vic vn chuyn my. Vic lm mt ca b tn nhit theo phng thc i lu v bc x nhit.

+ Mi b tn nhit c thit k ch to c th lm sch bng tay v bo dng b mt ti hin trng.

+ Mi ng ni vi cnh tn nhit u c mt van cnh bm ph hp vi tiu chun, c kh nng kho v tr ng m v k hiu chc chn.

-B tn nhit:

+ Phng php lm mt ca MBA l s lu thng du, gi t nhin (ONAN) v lm mt cng bc bng qut gi (ONAF). Thit b lm mt l h thng tn nhit kiu dn l c th tho ri thun tin cho vic vn chuyn my. Vic lm mt ca b tn nhit theo phng thc i lu v bc x nhit.

+ Mi b tn nhit c thit k ch to c th lm sch bng tay v bo dng b mt ti hin trng.

+ Mi ng ni vi cnh tn nhit u c mt van cnh bm ph hp vi tiu chun, c kh nng kho v tr ng m v k hiu chc chn.

+ Ti mi hp cnh tn nhit c nt x du y v x kh pha bn trn, cho php tho du ca cnh tn nhit m khng cn x du t thng my.

4. Phng thc vn hnh MBA T1 v T2 trm 110 kv E2 ng Hi.

a. Vn hnh song song 02 MBA

- T1 v T2 vn hnh song song cp cho li 22kV, T1 hoc T2 cp in cho pha 35kV.

- T1 v T2 vn hnh song song cp cho li 35kV, T1 hoc T2 cp in cho pha 22kV.

- T1 v T2 vn hnh song song cp cho li 22kV v 35kV.

- Cho php chuyn ti 22kV hoc 35kV t MBA T1 sang MBA T2 hoc ngc li vi iu kin in p pha cn chuyn i ca T1 v T2 bng nhau.

Lu : Do in p ngn mch Uk% ca 2 MBA T1 v T2 khc nhau do hn ch vn hnh song song 2 MBA, c bit l trng hp T1 v T2 vn hnh song song cp cho li 22kV v 35kV.
