Congratulations are given this weekend to Kylie Sue Howat,
daughter of Evan Howat & Lindsey Reinholt. Kylie was baptized last
Saturday, September 26th at St. Peter in Winamac. Congrats Kylie,
your parents & godparents. Welcome to our Pastorate Family!
Sympathy is extended to the family of Sally Ann Marszalik, age
85. Sally passed away on September 15th. Her funeral Mass was
celebrated on Monday, September 21st at St. Peter in
Winamac. Please keep the Marszalik family in your thoughts &
prayers as they grieve their loss.
Our condolences are also extended to Lois Heater, parishioner
from St. Peter, Winamac, & family on the recent passing of her
daughter-in-law, Kay Heater, age 67, who lived in
Leiters Ford. Kay passed away on Wednesday, September
23rd. Please keep the Heater family in your thoughts & prayers
during this very difficult time.
Our sympathy is also given to the family of Maria de Jesus
Hernandez Ruiz, age 85. She was a member of St. Joseph,
Rochester. Maria passed away on September 22nd. Maria has over
50 children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren in the Akron
area. Please keep the Hernandez Ruiz family in your prayers.

el lunes 21 de septiembre en San Pedro en Winamac. Por favor,

FAMILY-BASED FORMATION MATERIALS
Given the challenges in our current environment in delivering catechetical formation, the Office of
Catechesis of the Diocese of Lafayette has developed a series of materials families, especially those
who may not be participating in catechetical programming this year, may use at home. The intent of
these materials is to help parents better understand our Catholic faith, accept their role in the faith
development of their children, and embrace activities with their children that will develop faith habits
for life. The materials, a weekly handout and video may be found on our website,
preciousbloodcluster.org. The handout will also start being sent home with the oldest child registered in
Religious Education on Wednesday evening at St. Peter in Winamac.

Congratulations goes out to the United Ministries of Fulton County in receiving a 2020 Catholic Relief
Grant from the Diocese of Lafayette for $18,000. A big shout out to Fr Mike McKinney & Judith Jennings
for writing the grant. The monies are to be used to provide emergency, one-time assistance for rent or
utility payments to qualifying individuals/households. Also, part of the grant will be used to upgrade
their current infrastructure.

Felicitaciones a los Ministerios Unidos del Condado de Fulton por recibir una Subvención de Ayuda
Católica 2020 de la Diócesis de Lafayette por $ 18,000. Un gran agradecimiento al Padre Miguel y

We will be participating in the national Rosary Rally on Saturday, Oct 10 at 12:00pm. We will have 3

It is sponsored by America Needs Fatima, and there will be over 20,000 rallies that will take place all
