Developing teaching & learning of foreign languages in primary & secondary education using cross-curricular approaches and
new technologies.Leeds
To share expertise and develop teaching and learning approaches and pedagogy in Modern Foreign Language (MFL) provision.
Develop and explore cross curricular ways of teaching languages, particularly focusing on Art and PE in the first instance. Using cross curricular methodology is recognised as good practice at both primary and secondary level; it has not been widely practised in Leeds and schools need support in developing their thinking in this area.
