HT TYPE STENTER

針對不同的工藝，有KH和HT兩種定型機型式：Asiasun had KH and HT two types Stenter for differnet inquiries：

◆入布導布器使用拉板式全幅導正，加裝傳動電機用來拉引布匹無張力的喂入軋車液槽內，速度

與軋車比例連動。此設備可以確保織物在被導正時左中右張力一致，並且把張力降到最小。 Fabric entry guiding by Slat-type Centering Guider to ensure the lowest fabric tension.

◆使用數位式比例連動控制，減速機與輥輪直結傳動，沒有鏈條傳動的機械損耗與維護。

Digital type ratio transmission control, with direct flanged speed reducer and motor, easy to maintain and less mechanical wear and tear.

◆喂布上針機構使用變頻馬達控制系統，起落由氣壓缸控制，結構堅固操作與維修簡便。底部

喂布皮帶組與展邊牙組特殊設計，上針準確確會掉邊，更能防止壓邊痕的發生。

Pin-On mechanism with inverter/mot/motor control system, and special designed fabric feeding belt and selvedge uncurled toothed plate, ensure accurate Pin-On and no press mark on the fabric.

◆布邊追蹤使用紅外線偵測器自動檢出布邊位置，經過電子設備處理後使追蹤馬達產生比例式

轉動，而帶動軌道頭做比例式擺動。亞太興專用型，型號：GST68。

乾燥室的特點說明 Features of Heating Chamber

KH型烘箱 KH type Heating Chamber

◆機體材料與焊工扎實穩固，可以承受240℃熱應力。

Chamber designed structure sustainable 240℃ heat stresses.

◆循環風機使用高風壓離心式風機，風量的分佈比軸流式更均勻，定型後的布匹左中右克重誤差小。

Circulation blower use high air pressure Centrifugal type blower, the air seperation is much even than axial type, the fabric weight are evenly between left right and middle after stentering.

◆風機馬達線圈部分在乾燥室底部外側，避開乾燥室高溫部分，馬達壽命與效率提高，軸心與乾燥室透

孔處使用鐵福龍防止熱氣外洩。

The blower motor coil parts are outside of the chamber avoide the high temperature, keep to endure motor working life and efficiency, and use TEFLON seal on the motor shaft to prevent the heat leakage.

◆頂板的固定機架使用倒T型方式，使油煙的循環較平順也不會積聚油滴。

The top insulation plate are use " "type frame to fixed, keep oil smoke circulation smoothly without oil accumulation.

HT型風管HT型風管

◆溫度控制器與溫控閥是使用德國製BAELZ廠牌。The thermal oil type heating chamber, which temperature controller and valve are “Baelz”Band made in Germany.

◆瓦斯加熱的乾燥室其溫度控制器室使用

日本製YAMATAKE廠牌。The gas heat ing typer chamber which temperature controller are use "YAMATAKE" brand, made in Japan.

VJ GAS BURNERS

燃燒機使用英國製ACE廠牌比例式控制，機台在安全燃燒的控制是在排氣管裝置風壓開關，熱風循環使用接點控制，當排風機與循環風機沒有運作時燃燒機不會啟動，也將訊息以燈號或指示於

人機介面上。

Burner is use "ACE" brand, made in UK, ratio control, the safety burning control is install a air pressure switch at exhaust duct, when exhaust blower and hotair circulation blower not in operation the burner will not actuated, also the alarm light will indicated, or the message will shows on the PLC.

微電腦溫度控制器 Temperature Controller 比例式電動控制閥 Ratio type Control Valve

◆軌道底部增加交叉補強助，經過消除應力後再加工，軌道經久不變型，更能承受240℃熱應力。

Underneath the rail are with cross reinforcement, machining after stress eliminated, to endure the rail without deformation, cam sustainable 240℃ heat stress.

◆軌道側面使用耐磨鋼板，此鋼板在每段軌道銜接處加工成如同火車軌道般的對稱斜度，減少鏈條與軌道碰

撞並且避免潤滑油噴濺在布邊上。

The rail side face are use wear-resistance steel plate, the joint point of this steel plate are symmetrical gradient arrangement, can reduce the impact of chain and also can avoide the splash of chain oil.

◆左右軌道個別裝設一組注油器，如此可以避免左右鏈條加油不均。（他牌只配備一組注油器分兩邊注油，

較容易發生壓力不均現象）

A chain oil oiler installed on each rail (left and right) can keep even oiling for both chain.

◆軌道的支撐橫樑與滑座接觸面經過加工而成，加大滑座寬度與長度使軌道在240℃高溫 膨脹時有更大的支撐力。

The rail support frame and slide set contact surface are special machining, and the slide set had wider and longer enlargement, in order to have bigger supporting force of the rail when rail expansion under 240℃ high temperature.

◆乾燥室內方牙桿全面加裝蓋板。All square tooth rod inside of the chamber are with cover plate.

◆鋁座的形式有針式單用、針式單用加防脫針裝置、夾式單用、針夾兩用等形式。

◆在針織布的機台上我們使用針式單用以及加裝防脫針的形式，我們建議加裝防脫針的裝置應當

每隔二或三只裝一個，因為當針板有殘留布邊時才有空間清除，也可以延長開閉夾器的使用壽

命一到二倍。

On the knitted fabric stenter, we use pinonly type and lock device, we suggest the lock device should have one installed with 2 or 3 pitches intervals, in order to keep space to clean some selvedges residuals, can also extend the working life up to 1 or 2 time, of the lock opener.
