PHILOSOPHY:

We don’t write long-term business / marketing plan and follow it, but we do have

short-term one, and we work on it, day by day.

We are following Founder’s philosophy:

TOBE – TODAY STRATEGY, that is: TIME + TOBE = DEVELOPMENT.

It means, in reality, we focus on how to exist well, day by day. With the time, we

make sure that we will growth up, project will have better and better

development”.

So, "School of management" for running business plays the main role in what we

call "Business Plan“ and “Business Execution Plan”.

understand the cash flow: when is the cash inflow and when is it outflow?

MONEY: (is like the water’s)

The movement of money is like the water’s, which flows from

the high position to lower one.

MANPOWER: (is like the chain’s)

The movement of Manpower is simulated with a chain. Make

that “machine” always keep working, even if a link of chain is

taken apart.

PRODUCT: (is based on Nature Rule)

The movement of Product is based on Nature Rule:
