    D2.3 In case an aircraft has been issued with more than one Type Certificate, DGCAAwill affirm the acceptable certification basis i.e., Design Standard for registering an

    aircraft in Pakistan by reflecting it on the Certificate of Airworthiness.

    D2.4 All operational / maintenance related documents and Airworthiness Directives ofthat state whose aircraft design standards have been accepted by DGCAA, shall beapplicable.

    Note: For further information on Airworthiness Directives please refer AWNOT-015.

    D2.5 For the purpose of registration, if the certificate basis i.e., design standard is otherthan FAA or EASA design standards, then it shall be compared with FAA or EASAdesign standards before DGCAAs acceptance (Refer ANO-006 Type AcceptanceCertificate). In case the equivalency has already been established in form ofvalidated Type Certification from FAA or EASA then the process for establishing the

    equivalency by PCAA shall not be required.

    D2.6 The operators responsible for operation and/or maintenance of aircraft shall beexclusively separate from state regulatory authority responsible for compliance ofprescribed ICAO Annexes.

    D3. AMENDMENTS AND MODIFICATIONS:

    D4.1 Any subsequent amendments or modifications to this Airworthiness NavigationOrder may be processed and incorporated through Airworthiness Directorate, HQCAA, in consultation with Chief Legal Services, HQ CAA as and when required ordeemed expedient or appropriate.

    This Air Navigation Order shall be implemented with effect from 13th

    June, 2011 andrepeals / cancels / supersedes Air Navigation Order ANO-005-AWRG-3.0 dated 4
