CONSTITUCION ANATOMICA
-Túnica Albugínea:-Es una membrana fibrosa, constituidas por fibras de colágeno. Rodea al testículo y envía tabiques desde el mediastino testicular formando los lobulillos testiculares que están recorridos por los túbulos seminíferos.
-Tejido Propio: Constituido por células espermatogénicas e intersticiales
-Túbulos seminíferos: están en la parte periférica de los lobulillos testiculares. Al inicio son contorneados luego rectos y desembocan en la red testicular de donde parten los conductillos eferentes.

La primera descripción sistemática de las vías de drenaje linfático testicular es debida a Jamieson y Dobson en la revista Lancet en 1906Busch en 1965 y Chiappa, Travel y Wahlqvist contribuyen, con sus estudios, a aclarar la red linfática de drenaje testicular hacia los ganglios retroperitoneales y las diferentes interconexiones existentes, mediante la utilización de técnicas de linfangiografía

MIGRACION TESICULAR
El testículo se desarrolla a partir de la cresta gonadal.Al sexto mes el testículo está cerca del anillo inguinal profundo.Al 9 mes es traccionado por el ligamento genitoinguinal a través del conducto inguinal, esta travesía termina con el nacimiento.
