Set up operations singlehandedly for Movies Now, streamlined gaps between Movies Now and Zoom/Times Now teams,

helped strategize to create Schedules as per inputs from research team, and ensured all events played exactly as per plan.

Developed a model to play each and every break as per plan which made the channel No.1 from the launch week itself.
