Jindal Soft Italia Seating Pvt .Ltd. is a Seat manufacturing company. Our Customer is Bajaj Auto Ltd, Piaggio, Kawasaki (India & Japan) & Hawarth. From Aurangabad Divisions We supply the 2Wheeler, 3Wheeler & 4Wheeler Seats to Bajaj Auto Ltd.

Roles and Responsibility:

Responsible for incoming material Quality control likes incoming material inspection, Sample approval & Drawing & other Documentation Data Recording.

Communication of Daily Rejection to Vendor and other Department. Make reliability Test yearly Plan & do the test in In-house Lab or

Outside Lab as per plan & their Documentation. Attend the Customer complaint at their End and take the corrective

action and Implement to avoid the customer complaint. Prepare the control plan & Process flow as per requirement. Projecting the Customer complaints to the shop floor through QC

meeting.

Supervise the daily Inspection & Documentation needed as per IS:2500 for incoming Material.
