Business Development: - - Keeping Tab on all new investments/ industrial projects in the Region - Presentations to Corporates about Possible solutions & become there partner in project - Focus group Presentations to Key influence rs.- To promote brand in the territory of Maharashtra (except Mumbai) and to generate brand value with reflection in business increased margins.- To implement marketing policy, develop & maintain long-term business relationship with Architects, PMCs, Client and EPC Contractors.- To take necessary measure with the business as per the market trend to build strong business foundation with more customer service & exact technical solutions.- To identify the new possible business vertical with possible business solutions.

Account & Relationship Management :- - Managing Relationships with Key customers which Provides Repeat Business - Managing Relationship with Key Consultants, Architects & PMC who acts as an Influencer in the decision making process - Creating a Pool of loyal architects/consultants for promoting the Brand.- To maintain key accounts with continuous repeat business from clients with shall contribute to more than 50% of business volume.
