Working as a Pmo for IBM India Pvt. Ltd, through Randstad Hr. services from Jan 20th 2014 to till date.

Worked at as a Admin executive Dell International services INDIA PVT LIMITED, through McLellan integrated services from 20th April 2009 to 19th Nov 2013.

Responsibilities:

Welcome Note after PMP assignment Prepare a Consolidated New Resource requirement sheet & Back fill Raise off boarding request from SharePoint upon receiving a mail from FPM. Ensure proper ILC clocking is in place - Check with the employee directly. Prepare a Consolidated New Resource requirement sheet & back fill. Requirements

on Weekly basis & Update the same to manager. Updating the SAM Register whenever any new software usage is found and get

approvals for the same. Prepare the off board checklist - Once All the above activities are performed Prepare onboard checklist once we receive all evidences from resources - Store the

same in TR coordinating with all technical hoods for the preparation and arrangement of

weekly Collect mandatory training evidences Validate that FPM has notified to the client regarding the new resource - Save this as

a PDF along with Evidences – Submitting onboarding request on SharePoint – RACF ID communication to FPM and store the communication as pdf document AML training follow up

Coordinate work with third-party suppliers – both internal and external – to address support needs and issues on behalf of the executive

Arrange and coordinate meetings/conferences in liaison with the Meeting and Events Planning team when applicable. Handle routine and non-routine logistics (e.g. contact meeting participants and coordinate responses, compose meeting materials and follow-up correspondence with input and review by Executive). Follow up on action items and report status to Executives/meeting attendees.  Identify potential speakers and provide local, on-site support as appropriate.
