PROJECT – EMEA GITC (IBM)

DESCRIPTION: It is IBM’s internal account project which deals with sales application of IBM. We are responsible for the production support as well as maintenance of this application by running batch jobs in IBM AIX OS.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Worked as senior testing team member /test lead for Opty pipeline cleanup process, TSRM assignments and IDES along with taking assignments for FIVT, IVT and Prod sup-port for various GEOs

PROJECT – ETISALAT – MISR (IBM)

DESCRIPTION: Etisalat is one of the providers of telecommunication services in Egypt. Etisalat has out-sourced the management of application development for its operations in Egypt to IBM which later has as-signed work to IBM India. This project deals with Data Migration as well as Siebel Development.Etisalat is a leading telecommunications corporation catering to consumers, businesses, international telecommunication companies, ISPs, content providers and mobile operators. IBM is responsible for migrat-ing their applications and work to Siebel 8.1 based CRM application with the support of client.This PA covers the Data Migration Testing Phase of the project where the objective is to verify the data passed from the Legacy systems to Staging Database through the ETL jobs and then Staging Database to EIM database through ETL jobs and then EIM tables to Base tables through EIM jobs. Also to check values displayed in siebel application after data gets populated in siebel base tables

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: I had lead a team of 5 resources as data migration testing team lead. I had my involvement in every phase of STLC during my tenure in the project.

PROJECT – PTP (VODAFONE – SPAIN) (IBM)

DESCRIPTION: Vodafone is one of the largest providers of telecommunication services worldwide with operations in 27 countries, 303 million customers, and over GBP 41 Billion in revenue. Vodafone has out-sourced the management of application development and maintenance services for its operations in Spain to IBM which later has assigned work to IBM India. The key objective of Provisioning Transformation Pro-gramme (PTP) is to migrate from Clarify CRM platform to Siebel CRM platform. The main objective of Siebel CRM system is to act for provisioning, service assurance & service fulfillment which typically con-tains GSM line activation till all the life cycle of its usage under customer. So this project carries huge im-portance in terms of Functional & Technical perspective.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: I was involved in System Integration Testing (SIT) for the front end of the Siebel application. I was working as senior testing team member. I had worked on End to End flow of processes (Functional Expertise).

PROJECT – SALESFORCE AUTOMATION (SFA) / BI (Cognizant)

DESCRIPTION: The key objective of Global Strategic Sales (GSS) is to provide comprehensive tools and resources that empower employees to deliver the whole company to our clients, in order to expand client re-lationships and drive revenue growth. And one way to accomplish this, is through SFA/BI. Global SFA (SFA) is a powerful Oracle-based sales tracking system for institutional clients. SFA provides a 360-degree view of a client relationship, including access to client contacts, Bank employees who speak with the client, upcoming meetings, opportunities, Business at Risk, call reports and more. Business Intelligence (BI) is software that acts as an analytical overlay to SFA and offers both pre-formatted and customizable dash-boards of real-time information derived from SFA and other Bank revenue systems

DESCRIPTION: The GPU program has been established to design and implement the Global Payment Utility for Bank and provide the group with best in class payments capability that can support the group’s ambition. A centralized data repository – the CDI hub for GPU – is required to manage customer and ac-count provisioning for the GPU. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: I was acting as Testing Team lead by involvement in Component Inte-gration Testing (CIT) for the front end as well as back end testing of the MDM application.

PROJECT – DWP (PTP & ESA) (Accenture)

DESCRIPTION: The Department for Work and Pensions is a department of the Government of the United Kingdom. The Department has initiated Pensions Transformation Programme (PTP) for Work and Pen-sions (DWP), UK to improve the Pensioner services, Pensioner satisfaction, and entitlements take-up and staff efficiency. Employment Support Allowances (ESA) is UK government initiation of providing all the residents of UK who are older than 15 years 9 months with some monetary benefits
