STANDARD INK COLORS: Black, reflex blue, red, green, burgundy. White ink available on jar openers (dark item colors) and recycled rubber items only. PMS match as close as possible at no extra charge, available on EZ Vinyl Grippers, Classic Rubber Jar Openers, Compressed Sponge & Faux Suede Coasters.

4-COLOR PROCESSAvailable on EZ Vinyl Grippers, Classic Rubber Jar Openers, Cork Coasters, Bottle Top Coasters & Compressed Sponge (white stock only). We cannot guarantee an exact match when printing using 4-color process. If you have concerns regarding the outcome of your imprint coloration, we can always arrange a pre-production sample for you. Additional charges may apply, and pre-production samples may not be available for rush orders.

INK CHANGE:Each change of ink color $30.00(G).

MINIMUM CATALOG QUANTITIES: Less than minimum charge is $35(G). Absolute Minimum is 100 pieces

PAPER PROOF:A faxed or e-mailed paper proof will be provided upon request at no charge. Excessive revisions may be subject to additional art charges.

PRE-PRODUCTION PROOF:An actual product proof will be $35.00(G).

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS:Orders will be acknowledged by fax or email. Please advise us immediately of any discrepancy as your order will be processed according to the information that appears on the acknowledgement.

SET UP CHARGE:All orders except exact repeats will be subject to a set up charge of $30.00(G). 4-Color Process set up: $35.00(G).

SECOND COLOR:Add the additional set up charge of $30(G) plus .14(G) per piece running charge. Add .30(G) per piece running charge for items FF3, FF4, 10-T, SG19, VMAT, V19BO, V18FH & RT-PET. NOTE: Due to material flexibility, we cannot print exact registration. Allow 1/16” float between colors.

SECOND SIDE:Second side imprint available on vinyl, cork, Bottle Top, shammy, recycled rubber and sponge. Add the applicable set up charge and additional .14(G) per piece running charge. Add .28(G) per piece running charge for 4-color process items. Add .30(G) per piece running charge for items V19BO, FF19BO, FF3, FF4, 10-T, SG19 & RT-PET.

ELECTRONIC ART:Vector based or high res raster images (300 dpi) with all text converted to outlines. Set up charge includes typsetting up to 4 lines of copy. Additional art charges may apply to any images requiring touch ups at a rate of $40/net per hour, billed in 15 minute increments. We cannot reproduce halftones, gradients or internet graphics on silk screen printed items. Minimum font size recommended for legibility is 10 points.

COPY CHANGE:For each copy change add $30.00(G). Catalog minimums apply.

FREE SAMPLES:Random samples sent via US mail. Please supply us with your UPS or FedEx number for expedited shipping.

SHIPPING:All orders are FOB factory in Massachusetts. Unless otherwise specified on order we will ship best way based on time, destination and weight. (No COD’s please!)

DROP SHIPMENTS:Add $5.00(G) per address for less than minimum

PRODUCTION TIME:Our normal production time is 7-10 days.

RUSH SHIPMENTS:We make every effort to provide 3-5 day RUSH service at no charge on all our products. Please be advised that you may be asked to authorize overnight or second-day shipping service in order to meet your in-hand date. We will do everything in our power to avoid these air charges.

Order must be for 2,000 pcs. or less with a 1 color imprint. Camera ready art and completed purchase order must arrive at the factory by 5pm EST. Air shipments only please.
