Lo strato superficiale di legno nobile di Alpen Parkett One è realizzato utilizzando una delle specie legnose più pregiate per il parquet: la quercia europea. La naturalezza del rovere europeo viene esaltata grazie all’utilizzo di finiture ecologiche che non coprono l’essenza, ma la arricchiscono con sfumature morbide e delicate. THE REAL ESSENCE OF EUROPEAN OAK The surface layer of the wood used in Alpen Parkett One is obtained using one of the most prestigious woods for parquet: the European oak. The natural essence of European oak is enhanced thanks to the use of environmentally friendly finishes that do not cover the wood, but simply enhance its appearance with soft and delicate tones. The result is a parquet that keeps the pure form of the wood in all its aspects. For some products, the oak undergoes a special heat treatment to blend and balance the chromatic effects of the oak and obtain a warm and natural finish. ECHTE EUROPÄISCHE EICHE Die Oberschicht von Alpen Parkett One aus Edelholz wird aus einer der besten Holzarten für Parkett hergestellt, der europäischen Eiche. Salubrità e funzionalità. Questi principi si sono uniti per rendere Alpen Parkett One un parquet privo di emissioni di sostanze nocive in virtù delle finiture con vernici all’acqua – atossiche, prive di solventi e protettive della superficie – e delle finiture con olio-cera Osmo, che oltre a nutrire e proteggere la fibra del legno garantiscono un residuo secco composto esclusivamente da componenti naturali. La parte cerosa dell’olio assicura un’ulteriore protezione alla sua azione impregnante, mantenendo inalterata l’originale bellezza del parquet e facilitandone la manutenzione. La superficie del parquet trattato con olio-cera Osmo risulta resistente alle macchie, allo sporco, ai liquidi, all’usura e all’abrasione. Per la pulizia è sufficiente un unico prodotto da usare come detergente ed è possibile effettuare interventi di ripristino, anche solamente su aree parziali.

ONLY NATURAL FINISHES Healthiness and functionality. These principles are combined to ensure that Alpen Parkett One parquet is free from the risk of emissions of harmful substances, thanks to the use of water-based lacquers that are non-toxic, solvent-free and protective, along with Osmo oil-wax finishes, which both nourish and protect the wood fibre while guaranteeing a compound dry residue exclusively based on natural elements. The wax element of the oil ensures added protection as a primer, maintaining the original beauty of the parquet and ensuring ease of maintenance. The parquet surfaces treated with Osmo oil-wax achieves optimal resistance to stains, dirt, liquids, wear and abrasion. To clean, a single product is sufficient for use as a detergent and where necessary to touch up, even in partial areas.

NUR NATÜRLICHE OBERFLÄCHENBEHANDLUNG Wohngesundheit und Funktionalität. Die Wachskomponente des Öls sorgt durch ihre imprägnierende Wirkung für einen weiteren Schutz, bewahrt die ursprüngliche Schönheit des Parketts und erleichtert die Pflege. Verniciatura Il ciclo di verniciatura prevede l’applicazione di più strati di vernice all’acqua catalizzata ad elevata resistenza. Per il parquet Alpen Parkett One viene utilizzata una vernice completamente atossica, priva di solventi e conforme alle più rigorose normative europee.Lacquering. The lacquering cycle involves the application of multiple coats of high-resistance catalysed water-based lacquer. For Alpen Parkett One, a completely non-toxic, solvent-free lacquer is used, which complies with the most stringent European standards.Lackieren. Der Lackierzyklus sieht das Aufbringen mehrerer Schichten katalysierten, hochwiderstandsfähigen, wasserlöslichen Lacks vor. Für Alpen Parkett One wird ein völlig ungiftiger, lösungsmittelfreier und den strengsten europäischen Vorschriften entsprechender Lack verwendet.

Oliatura con olio-cera Osmo. La superficie impregnata con olio-cera Osmo assorbe la luce senza rifletterla, creando un effetto naturale e opaco, lasciando intatto l’aspetto naturale del legno. This treatment obtains a darker colour of the entire layer of wood, giving the panel more stability and, in combination with natural oils, creating warm and contemporary tones and shades.Wärmebehandlung (Thermobehandlung). POSA FLOTTANTE Fra il materiale ed il sottofondo viene interposto uno strato di nylon da 200 micron (con funzione di barriera vapore), quindi uno specifico materassino fonoassorbente dopodiché si procede alla posa mediante l’incollaggio delle tavole tra maschio e femmina. In corrispondenza del perimetro e delle soglie vengono rispettati gli spazi per la dilatazione del materiale.FLOATING FLOORS A 200 micron layer of nylon (in order to stop moisture from filtering through) is placed between the parquet and the sub-floor, followed by a specific polyethylene underlayment. The planks are then locked together and glued down. Finally, an expansion gap around the floor perimeter and doorsills is required.SCHWIMMENDES VERLEGEN Zwischen dem Parkett und dem Untergrund wird eine 200 μm dicke Nylonschicht verlegt (die als Dampfsperre fungiert), sowie eine Trittschalldämmung dickem Polyethylen. Danach kann mit der Verlegung der Bodenelemente mittels Nut und Feder begonnen werden. Bei der Verlegung müssen entsprechende Abstände für die Ausdehnung des Materials mit einkalkuliert werden..

POSA INCOLLATA Prima della posa verificare che la superficie sia asciutta, piana e priva di infiltrazioni. Il sottofondo può essere di varia natura: cementizio, in anidride, pannelli in fibra legnosa e pavimenti ceramici esistenti. La flessibilità delle doghe e la precisione dell’aggancio garantita dalla maschiatura semplificano la posa e la rendono più veloce. Le doghe devono essere incollate sull’intera superficie. Il parquet è idoneo alla posa su sottofondi con sistemi di riscaldamento a pavimento.GLUE DOWN Check that surface is dry, level and without moisture infiltrations. The sub-floor may be made of concrete, anhydrite screeds, fibrous wood panels or floor tiles. Floor laying may be performed more quickly and easily thanks to the interlocking groove system. Glue must be applied to the entire surface of the planks. These products are also suitable for installation on floors with embedded heating systems.VERKLEBEN Vor dem Verlegen sicherstellen, dass der Untergrund trocken, gerade und frei von Feuchtigkeitseinflüssen ist. Ihr Parkettboden kann auf verschiedenen Untergründen verlegt werden: Zement, Anhydritestrich, Sperrholzplatten oder Keramik. Die Flexibilität der Dielen und die Präzision der Dielenverbindungen sorgen für ein schnelles und einfaches Verlegen. Die Dielen müssen vollflächig auf dem Untergrund verklebt werden. Die Serie eignet sich optimal für die Verlegung auf Fußbodenheizungen.
