Alexandra Fasakhova advises clients on a wide range of general corporate and finance transactions and regulatory matters. Before joining the firm, she worked both in-house and at Russian and international law firms, including as a partner in Allen & Overy’s Moscow office. Alexandra also advises an international development bank on various financial markets law reform projects in countries of the former Soviet Union and other emerging markets.

Alexandra received her degree in law from the Ural State Law Academy in 1999, holds a Master of Laws from the Russian School of Private Law and a Master of Laws from the Leiden University (The Netherlands).

In her free time, Alexandra enjoys reading and painting.
