Hypomer FX-2050, a acrylic polyol resin, combinated with a non-yellowing polyisocyanate
(HDI)curing agent can be formulated in an polyurethane aluminium paint with excellent
application properties. Fast drying speed can offer good aluminium orientation. Good
compatibility with various resins.

Preparation process:
Preparation: Dilute and wetting the required aluminium paste first, then stir to non-
agglomerate particles at low mixing speed.
DeuRheo 211 can be used as 20% prepaste and disperse to 10 μm fineness under high
speed mixing of 2000 rpm for 30 minutes.
Stir fastly and disperse components uniformly such as resin, CAB solution, leveling, rheology
modifier and thinner in the formulation. Add swelling aluminium paste and stir uniformly at low
mixing speed. Then filtrate and package.

Hypomer FX-2060D, a fast drying and good hardness resin, can meet the requirment of rapid
painting process. As a modified resin, it also can increase curing rate and has slight influence
on the film-build in the motorcycle top coat syetem.
Replace a part of nitrocellulose in nitrocellulose wood coatings, FX-2060D can improve film
properties of weather resistance, film-build and gloss, meanwhile, has no influence of hardness
and scratch resistance.

Hypomer AC-7416 is a thermoplastic acrylic resin for plastic coatings. Good adhesion to
plastic substrates such as ABS, PS, PC and HIPS etc., better properties of abrasion and
scratch resistance, good aluminium orientation, good alcohol solubility and extensively
compatible to CAB. It also has excellent intercoat adhesion to the low shrinkage ultraviolet
curing resin of Hypomer UA-M6.
Hypomer AC-7416 can be extensively used in thermoplastic acrylic aluminium coatings, for
products of computer, communication and consumer (3C).
Hypomer AC-7416 Thermoplastic Acrylic Resin
Hypomer AC-7435, a thermoplastic acrylic resin for plastic coatings, has good adhesion to
plastic substrates such as PS etc. Excellent alcohol solubility can be used for a weak-solvent
thermoplastic coatings with excellent CAB compatibility. The film has good resistance to
