ความเปนมาโครงการ Thailand PPP Plastic

• ประเทศไทยถกจดอนดบเปนประเทศทปลอยขยะลงทะเลเปนอนดบ 6 ของโลก

• จากการศกษาของสถาบนพลาสตก รวมกบจฬาลงกรณมหาวทยาลยในป 2560 มปรมาณขยะพลาสตกเกดขนกวา2.1 ลานตน โดยแบงเปน

• - ขยะในหลมฝงกลบ 1.5 ลานตน• - ขยะทไดรบการรไซเคล 0.4 ลานตน• - ขยะทมโอกาสหลดลอดลงสสงแวดลอมและทะเล

0.01-0.03 ลานตน

• เปนโครงการทเกดความรวมมอทงภาครฐ เอกชน และ NGOs เพอรวมแกปญหาขยะพลาสตกของประเทศ

• 15 หนวยงานจากภาครฐ เอกชน และองคกรไมแสวงหาผลก าไร ลงนามเพอรวมมอแกปญหาขยะทะเลในวนท 5 มถนายน 2561

• กระทรวงทรพยากรธรรมชาตและสงแวดลอมประกาศเปาหมายลดปรมาณขยะทะเลลงรอยละ ภายในป 2570
