บทน�ำO-NET (Ordinary National Educational Test) เปนการทดสอบทกระทรวงศกษาธการจดทาขน

เพอวดผลสมฤทธทางดานการศกษาของนกเรยนใน 3 ชวงนน

ทงน เพอใหเปนไปตามมาตรฐานเดยวกนททางการกระทรวงศกษากาหนดไว ขอสอบทใชในการจดสอบจงมความจาเปนอยางยงทจะตองเปนขอสอบชดเดยวกน เพอทจะไดวดความร ความสามารถทแทจรง ของนกเรยนทงประเทศภายใตมาตรฐานเดยวกนไดมการแบงกลมสาระการเรยนรในการจดสอบเปน 8 กลม อนไดแกสาระดงตอไปน

โดยในสวนของกลมสาระการเรยนรภาษาตางประเทศดานภาษาองกฤษ หากยดตามลกษณะของโจทยจะสามารถแบงประเภทของขอสอบได ดงน

❉ รจกขอสอบ ENGLISH O-NET

เราจะเหนไดวาในขอสอบภาษาองกฤษนนจะประกอบไปดวยขอสอบ 2 สวนใหญๆ คอ สวนทหนงเปนขอสอบในสวนของทกษะทางการพด (Speaking Ability) จานวน 10 ขอ และทกษะทางการเขยน (Writing Ability) จานวน 20 ขอ รวมแลวเปนจานวน 30 ขอ

ในสวนของขอสอบสวนทสองนน จะมการทดสอบความสามารถของนองๆ ในดานทกษะการอาน (Reading Ability) ซงจะประกอบไปดวยสวนยอยอกสองสวน ไดแก การทดสอบความสามารถดานคาศพท (Vocabulary) จานวน 10 ขอ และโจทยในสวนการอานเพอนความเขาใจ ประกอบไปดวยจานวนขอสอบทงสน 30 ขอ โดยขอสอบในสวนทสองนนจะประกอบไปดวยจานวนขอสอบทงสน 40 ขอ ขอละ 1 คะแนน

ขอสอบ O-NET วชาภาษาองกฤษจะเนนทดสอบทกษะของนองๆ ในเรองของความรความเขาใจและความสามารถในการใชทกษะดานตางๆ ดงทกลาวมาขางตน สวนเรองอนนอกเหนอจากทกษะทางการพดและทกษะในทางการเขยน กคอ ไวยากรณภาษาองกฤษ (Grammar) ซงจะมาในรปแบบของขอสอบ Errors Test ทจะตองอาศยความเขาใจทลกซงมากกวาสวนอนๆ เลกนอย หรอคาศพท (Vocabulary) ทนองๆ จะตองหมนทองศพทและจาศพทใหไดมากขน รวมถงแนวขอสอบในเชงการอาน (Reading) กสาคญมากดวยเชนกน เนองจากเปนการอานบทความ (Passage) ยาวๆ หรอมแผนปายประกาศ โฆษณา ประชาสมพนธมาใหและตองตอบคาถามทไดจากการอานใหถกตอง

ในหลากหลายทกษะตางๆ นองๆ จะตองอาศยการเรยนรและหมนทบทวนเนอหา สงสาคญทจะสามารถทาใหนองๆ ไมหวนตอขอสอบจรงไดกคอ “นองๆ จะตองฝกจากขอสอบจรง” เทานน เพอลดความประหมาและตนเตน อกทงยงทาใหเราสามารถใชทกษะกระบวนการคดในการฝกฝนไปใชในสนามสอบจรงไดอยางเปนเลศทสด !!

O-NET หมายถง การทดสอบทางการศกษาขนพนฐาน ลกษณะของขอสอบจะ

เปนเนอหาขอมลในระดบมธยมศกษาตอนปลาย (ม.4-5-6) รวมกน โดยเปนเนอหา

ทเรยนในหองเรยน ตามหลกสตรทกระทรวงศกษาธการกาหนดเอาไว เปนแนว

ขอสอบทเอาไววดผลทางการศกษาของนกเรยนในระดบชนเดยวกนทวประเทศ โดย

มคณาจารยผทรงคณวฒในระดบมธยมศกษาตอนปลายเปนผออกขอสอบ เมอเทยบ

กบขอสอบแนวอนๆ ถอวางายทสดเพราะเปนเนอหาระดบพนฐาน

GAT-PAT

ตลาคมและมนาคม)

GAT-PAT หมายถง การทดสอบความถนดในดานวชาชพตางๆ เปนขอสอบ

ทเนนการวดแววความรและความถนดในแตละสาขาอาชพมากขน ตวอยางเชน

PAT 5 ความถนดทางวชาชพคร PAT 2 ความถนดทางวศวกรรม เปนตน สวนใหญ

โครงสรางของขอสอบ GAT-PAT จะมลกษณะเนอหาในระดบชนมธยมศกษาตอน

ปลายและคาบเกยวกบเนอหาในระดบมหาวทยาลย เรยกไดวา การสอบ GAT-PAT

นนจะมการเจาะลกมากกวาการสอบ O-NET ทเปนการวดความรในระดบพนฐาน

เนองจากผออกขอสอบนคอ คณาจารยในระดบมหาวทยาลยจากทวประเทศ เรยก

ไดวาขอสอบ GAT-PAT นนเปนขอสอบทยาก !! แตหากผานการฝกฝนทาขอสอบเกาๆ

มาบางกสามารถเดาทางขอสอบไดไมยากเกนความสามารถ

9 วชาสามญ หมายถง การทดสอบวดความรความเขาใจในเนอหาตามหลกสตร

ตามเนอหาในตาราหรอบทเรยนทเรยนในชนมธยมศกษาปท 4-5-6 ลกษณะของขอสอบ

จะไมยากเทา GAT-PAT แตจะยากกวาขอสอบ O-NET เพราะวาขอสอบ 9 วชา

สามญนนใชเปนขอสอบในการคดเลอกบคคลเขามหาวทยาลย เนอหาโครงสราง

ของขอสอบสวนใหญจะลกและเยอะกวาระดบ O-NET แนนอน และมคณาจารยใน

ระดบมหาวทยาลยเปนผออกขอสอบ ขอสอบ 9 วชาสามญเปนขอสอบหนงทคอน

ขางยาก เนองจากเปนขอสอบทมความเขมขนในเนอหาสง จงตองอาศยทาขอสอบ

เกาๆ ใหคนชนมากขน

❉ สดสวนขอสอบ ENGLISH O-NET

ขอสอบในสวนท 1

ตอไปนผเขยนจะขอแจกแจงรายละเอยดของขอสอบในสวนตางๆ ใหผอานไดทาความเขาใจเพอเตรยมตวและวางแผนในการสอบตอไป ดงน

Speaking Ability : ขอสอบในสวนนเปนการวดทกษะความสามารถของนกเรยนในดานการสนทนา โดยเปนการทดสอบความเขาใจในประโยคและสถานการณทใชในการสนทนา เหมอนเปนการวดความสามารถในการพดทางออมนนเอง โดยขอสอบจะมทงหมด 10 ขอ ซง 1 ขอ นนจะมคาถามยอย 2 คาถาม ซงจะตองตอบถกทง 2 คาถามยอยจงจะได 1 คะแนน หากตอบถกเพยง 1 คาถามยอยจะไมไดคะแนน

Writing Ability : เปนการวดความเขาใจในไวยากรณทางภาษา โดยเราจะตองวเคราะหโครงสรางของประโยคและความหมายของประโยค โดยจะมคาถามทงหมด 20 ขอ ซงแบงได 2 แบบ

แบบท 1 เปนคาถาม 10 ขอเกยวกบ Sentence Completion โดยจะมประโยคทเวนชองวางไวให 2 ชอง ซงเราจะตองเลอกคาตอบใหถกทง 2 ชอง ถงจะได 1 คะแนน ถาตอบถกเพยงหนงชองจะไมไดคะแนน

แบบท 2 เปนคาถาม 10 ขอ เปนลกษณะ error identification โดยจะมประโยคทขดเสนใตไว 4 จด ซงจะม 1 จดทผดไวยากรณ โดยนอกจากทเราจะตองทาการหาจดทผดไวยากรณแลว เรายงจะตองแกไขจดนนใหถกตองอกดวย ซงจะมตวเลอกหลก (จดทผดไวยากรณ) 4 ตวเลอก และทกตวเลอกหลกจะม 5 ตวเลอกยอย (เลอกเพอแกไขใหถกหลกไวยากรณ) จงมทงหมด 20 ตวเลอก

ขอสอบในสวนท 2

Reading Ability : วดความเขาใจในการอานและความรในดานการใชคาศพท โดยจะแบงเปน 2 สวน คอ การอานเพอความเขาใจ (Reading Comprehension) และคาศพท (Vocabulary)

Reading Comprehension เปนการวดความเขาใจในการอาน มทงหมด 30 ขอ ขอละ 1 คะแนน โดยคาถามจะมบทความมาให แลวจะถามเกยวกบความเขาใจในบทความนนๆ

Vocabulary มทงหมด 10 ขอ ขอละ 1 คะแนน โดยลกษณะขอสอบจะเปนในเชง Cloze Test นนคอ นกเรยนจะตองเลอกคาศพทมาเตมในชองวางเพอใหประโยคมความหมายทสมบรณ เหมาะสม และถกตอง

หนงสอเลมนประกอบไปดวยแนวขอสอบจรง O-NET วชาภาษาองกฤษทงหมด 6 ชด ซงในแตละชดจะมคาถามทงหมด 70 ขอ โดยคาถามในแตละขอจะถกพจารณาขนเพอใหเกดความสอดคลองกบแบบทดสอบของขอสอบ O-NET ทใชในการทดสอบนกเรยนระดบชนมธยมศกษาปท 6 ของจรงมากทสด และนอกจากนขอสอบแตละชดจะประกอบไปดวยสวนเฉลยและคาอธบายอยางละเอยด เพอใหนองๆ ไดใชเปนตวชวยในการฝกฝนและทบทวนความรความสามารถเพอการลงสนามสอบวชาภาษาองกฤษ ไมวาจะเปนการทดสอบ O-NET/GAT-English/Smart-I/9 วชาสามญ หรออนๆ กตาม


ทงนผเขยนหวงวาหนงสอเลมนจะเปนประโยชนแกผอานทกาลงจะเตรยมตวสอบภาษาองกฤษ O- NET ดวยตนเอง และวทยากรผทกาลงเตรยมการสอนใหกบนกเรยนผทซงกาลงเตรยมสอบ O-NET ดวยเชนกน

หากหนงสอเลมนมขอผดพลาดประการใด คณะผจดทาตองขออภยไว ณ ทนเรายนดทจะนาคาตและคาชมของบรรดานองๆ นกเรยน นกศกษา คณาจารยและผทมสวนเกยวของในทกๆ สวน เพอนามาสการพฒนา ปรบปรงและแกไข หนงสอเลมนใหเกดประสทธภาพดยงๆ ขนไป

เตรยมศพทพรอมลย O-NET หลายคนพลาดทาเอางายๆ ใหกบขอสอบในสวนของคาศพท (Vocabulary) กเพราะวาเรารจก

คาศพทนอยเกนไป ดงนน เราจะตองหาวธแกไขสวนทจะนาไปเพมคะแนนสอบ ENGLISH O-NET หรอในการสอบสนามอนๆ เชน 9 วชาสามญ หรอ GAT-English ครงนใหได เราจะตองฝกฝนและหมนทองศพทอยบอยๆ โดยการฝกเดาคาศพทจากรากศพท (Roots) หรอจากลมของคาศพทอยางเปนหมวดหม รวมถงสานวนภาษาตางๆ ซงพไดเตรยมสงนนไวใหนองๆ แลว มาเตรยมศพทพรอมลย O-NET กนเลยดกวา
