Rotary Dryers TWO direct fired ICM Model 40136L gas fired rotary dryer systems designed for drying Dis llers Dried Grains and Solubles (DDGS). Designed for con nuous and reli‐able opera on. There are two completely separate sys‐tems. Includes burner, stack, 2 control panels, and all MCC’s.

Fermenta on Fermenta on system for ethanol dry mix pro‐cess. Includes tanks, pumps, heat exchangers, pipes, MCC's.

DDGS DDGS system for ethanol dry mix process. Includes tanks, pumps, heat exchangers, pipes, MCC's.

Dis lla on Dis lla on columns and systems – mash column, rec fica on column, dehydra on column, solvent recovery, side stripper, re‐boiler, all tanks, separa‐tors, and vessels. Includes instrumenta on, piping, all MCC’s.

Regenera ve Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) Regenera ve Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) built by CECO in 2006. Designed for 83,070 scfm ‐ has 5 chambers with a cross sec on area/chamber of 136.5 sq . System is offered complete with controls, MCC's, VFD’s, gas train & controls, ss stack, all duc ng & fans.

All evap components are 304 ss. Includes vessels, separators heat exchangers, 2000HP compressor (AC compressor model D24JR), interconnec ng pipes & ducts, instrumen‐ta on, controls, MCC’s.

Mash Prep Complete mash prep area for dry mill corn ethanol process. Includes tanks, mash cookers, 3 centrifuge decanters (2 Flo weg and 1 Alfa laval), all controls, all MCC’s, piping, pumps, heat exchangers.

Chiller Chiller 1600 ton. Freon with pump and glycol wa‐ter recircula on package.

Stainless Steel Tanks Stainless steel tanks immediately available. All are 304 stainless used in an ethanol plant. There are 53 tanks in all for a total capacity of 5,245,000 gal‐lons. 31 of these tanks are under 13 diameter. The other tanks can be cut, removed, and reinstalled.
