1. E-voucher ini merupakan tiket simulasi SBMPTN. BawalahE-voucher ini pada hari H.

2. Pembelian yang sah hanya dapat didapatkan secara online melaluitiket.simulasisbmptn.co.id atau ticket box yang ditunjuk.

3. Kehilangan dan kerusakan e-Voucher bukan tanggung jawabpromotor, harap perhatikan dengan baik e-Voucher anda.

4. Penyelenggara berhak melarang masuk pengunjung yang tidakdapat menunjukan e-Voucher.

5. Pembeli hanya diperkenankan untuk menggunakan e-Voucheryang telah dibeli sebanyak satu kali, penggunaan yang berulangdan penggandaan e-Voucher merupakan perbuatan melanggarhukum.

6. Satu e-Voucher dengan satu unique barcode ini hanya berlakuuntuk satu orang.

7. E-voucher dengan barcode yang telah dipergunakan sebelumnyatidak berlaku.

8. Penyelenggara berhak untuk menolak penukaran e-Voucherdengan code barcode yang telah terdeteksi masuk sebelumnyaoleh orang lain.

9. Penyelenggara berhak untuk memproses dan menuntut secarahukum sesuai dengan ketentuan perundangan yang berlaku baiksecara perdata maupun secara pidana terhadap orang-orang yangmemperoleh e-voucher dengan cara yang tidak sah termasuk tapitidak terbatas dengan cara melakukan pemalsuan ataumenggandakan e-voucher yang sah atau memperoleh e-voucherdengan cara yang tidak sesuai dengan yang ditentukan olehpenyelenggara sebagaimana dalam butir (2) ketentuan ini.

10. Penyelenggara tidak bertanggung jawab atas kelalaian pembelitiket yang mengakibatkan tiket jatuh ke tangan orang lain (dalampenguasaan orang lain) untuk dipergunakan sebagai tanda masuktempat pertunjukan yang menghilangkan hak dari pembeli

e-voucher.11. e-Voucher yang telah dibeli tidak dapat ditukar / diuangkan

kembali.12. Harap membawa kartu identitas diri yang sesuai dengan data yang

didaftarkan pada saat reservasi.13. Jika e-Voucher ini dipindahtangankan harus menyertakan surat

kuasa yang ditandatangani pemesan dan bermaterai cukup.14. Dilarang membawa makanan dan minuman dari luar.15. Dilarang membawa obat-obatan terlarang, senjata api, senjata

tajam, dan alkohol ke dalam tempat pertunjukan.16. Penyelenggara berhak mengeluarkan pengunjung yang membuat

kegaduhan dan mengganggu kenyamanan pengunjung lain.17. Penyelenggara tidak menyediakan tempat penitipan barang dan

tidak bertanggung jawab apabila terjadi kehilangan.18. Penyelenggara berhak tidak memberi izin penonton masuk

kedalam suatu ruangan karena sudah dianggap penuh sehinggamenjadi tidak aman untuk pengunjung.

Terms and Condition:

1. E-vouchers are tickets for SBMPTN Simulation. Please bring thisE-voucher to the SBMPTN simulation.

2. Valid purchases can only be obtained online viatiket.simulasisbmptn.co.id or any other chosen ticket boxes.

3. Lost and damaged E-Vouchers are NOT the responsibility of thepromoter. Please check your E-Vouchers carefully.

4. The promoter reserves the right to forbid the entry of visitors whocan not present their E-Vouchers.

5. Purchasers only are allowed to use e-Voucher one time for eachpurchase, re-using and duplicating of e-Voucher are not allowedand is illegal.

6. One E-Voucher with its own unique barcode is only valid for one

person.7. An E-Voucher with used barcode is not valid.8. The promoter reserves the right to refuse E-Voucher's exchange

with barcode that has been detected to enter previously.9. The promoter reserves the right to process and litigate in

accordance with Indonesian regulations either in civil or criminalproceedings against people who get tickets in ways that are notvalid, including but not limited to counterfeiting or copying a validticket or get a ticket in a way that do not match those specified bythe Promoter as in item (2) of this provision

10. The promoter is not responsible for negligence of the ticketpurchaser that resulted in the purchaser's ticket fell to the hands ofothers (in the mastery of others) to be used as an admission thateliminates the ticket buyer from entering the venue

11. E-Vouchers are non-returnable and may not be redeemed forcashunder any circumstances.

12. Purchasers must present identification cards according to the dataregistered during reservation.

13. If the e-Voucher is transferable purchaser MUST present signed

and stamped power of attorney.14. Food and drinks other than those which can be purchased from the

Venue concessionaires, shall be prohibited inside the Venue.15. Weapons, illegal drugs, and alcoholic beverages are prohibited

inside the Venue.16. The promoter reserves the right to reject audience who possess a

clear and present danger or commotion to the public.17. The promoter does not provide care goods and not responsible in

the event of loss.18. The Promoter reserves the right to not give permission entry to the

audience due to Venue's capacity that may present danger.
