How Do you Respond with the Findings?• Pull out of library participated in freshmen orientation, which was a brief, lecture-style orientation to the Libraries within the students’ first days on campus.

• Start hosting a breakfast for the parents. • Inform parents of library resources and services for students’ research and writing.

• asked the parents to convey this message to their sons and daughters at the point of need, recognizing that the parents would likely know when the students needed library assistance before we would.
