REMOVE EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU GO TO BED !  上床前卸除所有的東西！

1. 不要戴著手錶睡覺 DON'T SLEEP WITH WATCH

Watches can emit a certain level of radioactivity. Though small, but if you wear your watch to bed for a long time, it might have adverse effects on your health. 手錶會排放小量的放射性。雖然很小，但如果你長時間戴手錶睡覺，它可能會產生對您健康不利的影響。

2.不要穿戴胸罩睡覺 DON'T SLEEP WITH BRA

Scientists in America have discovered those that wear bras for more than 12 hours have a higher risk of getting breast cancer.   So go to bed without it.  

美國科學家已經發現，那些佩戴胸罩超過 12 小時，得乳癌的風險比較高。所以睡覺時脫掉它。

3. 不要攜帶電話睡覺 DON'T SLEEP WITH PHONE

Putting the phone beside your bed or anywhere near you is not encouraged. Though some of us will use phones as alarm clocks, but please put the phone as far as possible. 不鼓勵把手機放在床邊或任何附近的地方。雖然我們有些人會用手機當鬧鐘，但請盡可能把手機放遠些。Scientists have proved that electrical items including mobile phone and television sets emit magnetic waves when used. These waves can cause disruptions to our nervous system. Therefore if you need to put your mobile phone near you, switch it off first.  科學家已經證明，電子產品包括行動電話和電視機，使用時會發出電磁波。這些電磁波會干擾我們的神經系統。因此，如果你的手機一定要靠近你，先將它關掉。

4. 不要著 ( 化 ) 妝睡覺DON'T SLEEP WITH MAKE UP

People who sleep with make up might have skin problems in the long run. 人們長期著妝睡覺皮膚可能會產生問題。Sleeping with make up will cause the skin to have difficulty in breathing and problem in perspiring. You will also need a much longer time to go into deep sleep.  著妝睡覺會導致皮膚呼吸和排汗困難的問題。你會需要更長的時間才能進入熟睡。
