elevators. Fujitec engineers conduct

151m high elevator research tower seen here

on the left. This location manufacturers the

Field Engineering Training Centers

Fujitec delivers high quality products and performs successful installations all over the world. The

Fujitec Group ensures that safe and reliable elevators, escalators, and moving walks are installed

and maintained by our highly trained Field Engineers. Precise installation and periodical

maintenance are key factors to ensure riding comfort and safety. Therefore, the Fujitec Group

provides training programs to our Field Engineers around the globe, sharing our know-how and

improving personnel skills.

Big Fit in Japan is Fujitec’s base for after-sales services. It

is designed to improve methodologies and train personnel

for the Field Service Department, which focuses on

installation and maintenance. It accepts trainees not only

from Japan, but from other countries as well. We also work

on the development of new installation methods, improving

maintenance procedures, and the development and

innovation of maintenance systems based on cutting-edge

information and communication technology.

Big Fit has a large number of elevators and escalators to

accommodate training programs on different models

Global Standard Elevators Destination Floor Guidance System

TECKY, Fujitec’s Mascot, conveys the company’s message of “safe and reliable” products and services.

The global standard elevators from Fujitec combine

three distinctive elements: traction machinery

developed using our unique technology, control

panels manufactured by a group company (or

group companies), and sophisticated design. These

three elevator models (with or without machine

rooms/high-speed capabilities) are produced in

China and South Korea for the global market.

The new operating control system allows

passengers to register their destinations at entry

terminals available in elevator halls and assigns the

most suitable elevator car to each passenger.

Compared with the traditional group control

system, it enables elevator cars to stop less

frequently, reducing waiting and riding times.
