    Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of theNaval Reserve.Stts A in TathVol. 45, p. 1459, United States of America in Congress assembled, That the provisionamended, in the appropriation "Organizing the Naval Reserve, 1930," readingFlight training.Matter amended. exclusive, however, of pay, allowances, or other expenses on accountof members of any class of the Naval Reserve incident to their beinggiven flight training unless, as a condition precedent, they shall havebeen found by such agency as the Secretary of the Navy may desig-nate qualified to perform combat service as pilots of naval air craft,"Qualifications modi. is hereby amended to read as follows: "exclusive, however, of pay,fled. allowances, or other expenses on account of members of any classof the Naval Reserve incident to their being given flight trainingunless, as a condition precedent, they shall have been found by suchagency as the Secretary of the Navy may designate physically andpsychologically qualified to serve as pilots of naval aircraft."

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of theAlien Property Cus- United States of America in Congress assembled, That the secondBasisofallocatin- sentence of subsection (a) of section 26 of the Trading with theallocated interest fundAcyby . Enemy Act, as amended by the Settlement of War Claims Act ofVol.45,p. 273,amend- 1928, is amended by striking out the words " average rate of," so that6 the sentence will read: "Such allocation shall be based upon the
